Se vuoi una essenziale e concreta trattoria dell' entroterra genovese, va da Marchin . Antipasto ottimo,, in particolare la insalata russa.Soliti spettacolari ravioli. Coniglio e punta di petto meritano il viaggio. Funghi fritti : senza parole!

I had dinner there with excellent artisanal ravioli, crunchy and dry mixed fried food, and home-made tiramisu. I will definitely go back.

Classic trattoria in the Ligurian hinterland but which I love! From the starter of cured meats, homemade ravioli, to the second course of fried wine... all excellent! I will definitely return... the service 🔝

Shortly after Borgonovo, the typical country trattoria awaits the visitor, with simple furnishings that invite relaxation and intimacy. But the food is of the highest level: hand-made ravioli with local borage, Genoese-style mixed fry with vegetables and sweet milk and excellent small Milanese among the sticks, Ligurian rabbit and good cold cuts. And the price is very low compared to what the house offers. Remember to take the Camatti bitters at the end of the meal.!

Dopo anni mi sono recata nella trattoria Marchin . Location sempre uguale , personale gentile . Non è presente una lista con i prezzi . Le porzioni sono meno abbondanti, infatti abbiamo preso l’antipasto per due e credevo fosse per uno , così anche per il coniglio alla ligure . Dolce nella norma . Mi aspettavo meglio

25/08/2024: I always like this restaurant a lot, the menu is simple but refined and all the dishes I've tried are excellent. The location certainly influences and contributes to a positive experience. Until next time!
22/08/2024: One of the best restaurants in Tigullio, you can't help but come and try the excellent dishes they offer. We have already gone other times and returned on Valentine's Day. We went from appetizer to dessert drinking 2 bottles of Prosecco. Abundant dishes of excellent quality, the freshness of the fish is unquestionable and the prices seem almost low to me for the excellent quality. If you go for lunch the view of the gulf is spectacular! What can I say, I highly recommend it, go!!!

01/08/2024: We were greeted with “I don’t speak English” and looked around a bit. Using Google Translator we then got a small tasting of 3 very good white wines. We then bought 2 of them. I believe that the concept here is 99.9% aimed at Italian customers. We actually wanted to eat something there too, but we left it alone or didn't ask anymore.
01/08/2024: A restaurant on the score of 10, I have had several visits to this canteen, the staff is respectful and kind! Seafood, bread and other dishes prepared according to simple methods with the tradition and custom of Liguria, wine as they say "like at home", prosecco and sparkling wine with a special taste matured in the sea at depth, bottles covered with natural maritime ornament, a quiet place with a view of the plain of vines, I spent a beautiful and pleasant evening with my family! I recommend with great pleasure! Thanks to the staff for everything! And don't forget not to be stingy and leave a tip...
