We arrived today on our motorcycle for the first time, and were greeted with such warmth by all the staff, as if we were regulars. Our hearts filled with joy when we met their bullies, since we also have a female French bulldog at home... but when they served us their frico, we were ecstatic! Congratulations on the delicious food and the hospitality you brought to the table! We'll definitely be back!

La Mercandella is a historic osteria serving traditional local dishes. We ate on the outdoor terrace. The service was fast and very friendly. We ordered the Friulian appetizer, tagliatelle with white ragù, frico for two (amazing, delicious, with lots of Montasio cheese and leek instead of onion), chef's trout, and sliced steak. Side dishes included potatoes, mixed salad, and ratatouille. To finish, there was a coffee parfait and passion fruit cheesecake. Everything was delicious, with generous portions. Excellent value. Recommended.

Excellent value for money. The service was fast, and the terrace we ate on was lovely. It was a bit warm due to the lack of air conditioning. We had a Friulian platter as an appetizer, which was very good, as were the tagliolini with white ragù. For main courses, we had sliced beef, trout, and an exceptional frico! The desserts were also very good. The portions are generous (especially the frico).

We had a wonderful dinner at this very characteristic restaurant. The dishes offer authentic flavors and interesting variations, like the risotto I tried.
The staff is friendly and efficient. Excellent value.

We went here for dinner one evening. As soon as we arrived, we immediately felt at ease, greeted with a big smile and great courtesy. We ordered a platter of Friulian cured meats and the frico (a very generous portion). My compliments to Antonio, who demonstrated such passion for his work, which was also transmitted to the youngest waiter (Elia). A place where tradition and good food reign supreme.
