We were there this Thursday and the food was really good. The roast fish deserves a special mention. The olive oil was excellent, too. The owner's son was very kind and efficient.

Two dinners during our short vacation in Le Marche. Everything was perfect: incredible food (the calamari skewers melt in your mouth), pleasant atmosphere, and incredibly kind owners. We will recommend and return!

While vacationing in the Marche hills, I chose to have lunch with my parents at this trattoria, which proved attentive to its guests and friendly when needed. Fresh fish first and second courses, with a hazelnut parfait to round off a wonderful time. Well done, highly recommended!

It was a chance discovery. Excellent service, the owners are top notch. The fish is very fresh, the pasta dishes are exceptional, and there's a wide selection of wines. We were two adults and two kids. It was a very pleasant evening. Worth a visit.

I've been here more than 3 times now and everytime I visit there's something new, tasty and very nice presentation on the plates... The wine selection is good and the service are excellent...

I had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant with friends, and the experience was excellent in every way. I sampled a selection of house appetizers, followed by first courses. All the dishes were delicious and beautifully presented; the attention to the quality of the ingredients and the pursuit of the perfect balance of flavors were evident. The staff stood out for their professionalism and friendliness, contributing to the welcoming and refined atmosphere. The recently renovated restaurant is understated and elegant, with extremely clean and well-maintained spaces. A fantastic experience, I will definitely be back!

Excellent food!! Professional and helpful staff!! Excellent value for money! The more you return, the more I want to return!! It is rare to find a seafood restaurant where the quality and service are like this!! Congratulations, tourism in Italy needs locations like this where the tourist is treated like a guest and not like a rooster to be plucked!! Many entrepreneurs should take an example from you!! Locale carino, personale gentile e simpatico, cibo decisamente buono! Noi abbiamo diviso degli antipasti di mare e poi abbiamo preso spiedini calamari e gamberi e sardoncini. Non è avanzato nulla! Piatti puliti! Da ricordare!

Indubbiamente votati alla cucina di pesce , particolarmente interpretata, con accostamenti e variabili su prenotazione ottimi. Saranno gradevole qualche variante di terra più spiccata per completare un menù a 360’.

27/07/2025: Exclusively seafood restaurant located on a street parallel to the Adriatic highway. A fairly modest establishment for undemanding diners. The menu offers limited options, typical of family-run establishments and certainly enjoyable. Clean and tidy, with accommodations in a couple of rooms (perhaps it was once an apartment?) and a pleasant outdoor area. The owner is kind, attentive, and a little pushy with orders. Nothing to complain about the quality and tastiness of the dishes, except that they overdid the salt on my fish salad. The desserts are also good, especially my lemon one. Prices are average for similar establishments in the area. If you're passing through...do your own thing.
13/07/2025: As soon as we arrived in Pedaso after a seven-hour journey, our first thought was to eat. Trusting the reviews, we headed to this trattoria. The owner, although a bit hurried because he was alone in the dining room, sat us down at a table, asking us to be patient. We ordered almost immediately, and the owner again urged us to be patient. Never has a wait been so pleasant. The appetizers arrived, and while they were plentiful, they had one small flaw: they were "DELIGHTFUL." Not to mention the paccheri allo scoglio (pasta with seafood) were EXCEPTIONAL. We enjoyed it so much that we returned that evening for dinner, and we'll be back again during our stay. Thank you!

Trattoria Fisherman

03/09/2025: Fisherman's Trattoria is a guarantee! We come whenever we can... The food is excellent, the portions are generous, the order preparation times are very quick, and the staff is very friendly and helpful! Everything is special, from the appetizers to the tiramisu... the skewers, the fried food, and the first courses... Not to mention the tuna steak with cherry tomatoes, Taggiasca olives, and Tropea onions, which we only photographed afterwards because the kids immediately wolfed it down! 😂 We highly recommend it for children, too! Dogs are welcome! (Please let us know so they can provide you with a comfortable table and high chair.) Book in advance because it's always busy!!
