We accidentally discovered this typical local restaurant with authentic flavors and a welcoming atmosphere away from the city noise. Francesco with his 45 years and 9 months of experience and a lot of family tradition. We are right in the heart of Castel Gandolfo where, as soon as you leave, there is a breathtaking view of the lake. Clearly highly recommended!!

Looking for some cool air, we headed towards the Roman castles. Excellent choice, also from a gastronomic point of view.
We waited a while to get an outdoor table at 'Lo Spuntino', but it was absolutely worth it. Very nice outdoor location with a splendid view of Lake Albano.
Homemade cuisine, made of wisdom and tradition with real and fresh flavours.
The grilled lamb is sublime and the Roman tripe is also very tasty.
I would say excellent value for money.
We will definitely be back!

We went here for dinner and were thrilled. Abundant dishes, authentic flavors and very fresh ingredients. As an appetizer we had the beans with pork rinds and Roman tripe, SPECTACULAR, as were the beef steak and grilled lamb. The staff is friendly and attentive, the atmosphere convivial and genuine.
Fair prices and excellent quality. We will definitely be back!!

In visita a Castelgandolfo ci siamo ritrovati a pranzo in questo locale. Il locale interno piccolo ma proprietario molto gentile e disponibile. Piatto del giorno buono e buoni formaggi. Conto onestissimo.

Excelente comida. Autêntica comida italiana como se tivesse sido preparada por uma “nonna”.
Fettuccine com tartufo nero e raviolo recheado de cacio e pepe com molho de tomate, ambos perfeitos! Atendimento agradável e ambiente típico em que a comida é a protagonista!
