The restaurant isn't overly large; there are two dining rooms.
Very fast service, and the waiters were very kind and attentive.
The food was HEAVENLY.
We ordered a mixed platter, and the cold cuts melted in our mouths. We also had two risottos with saffron and pistum, which were also delicious.
In total, we spent €52 (with two waters and a cover charge).
Reservations are recommended.
It's approximately a 15-17 minute walk from the tower.

We went for Valentine's Day dinner, and found a last-minute table. The place was lovely, clean, and the staff were attentive. The cured meats were excellent, especially the cooked shoulder. For our first courses, we had two risottos, a "Carbonaro" and one with pears in Amarone, Gorgonzola, and cinnamon, both very good. Excellent value.

I made a reservation for two on Saturday and we found a table right away. We ordered two very good risottos (one with pumpkin, smoked scamorza cheese, and nougat crumble, and the other with porcini mushrooms), a standard grilled vegetable dish, and two delicious desserts prepared that morning by the staff. We highly recommend them if you're looking for a good risotto in the Cremona area!

I've been there a couple of times and had a great time. The waiters are very kind and helpful, and they even paid special attention to one of my guests who was celiac. Since they're famous for their risottos, they also have a lot of gluten-free options on the menu. They have crackers to replace bread, and they also have a couple of gluten-free options for dessert.
