Everything excellent. Platter of delicious and plentiful cured meats and pappardelle with venison. Perfect, fast and courteous service. Score 10. to be repeated. No photos, but I was hungry.

Venuti a festeggiare lo scudetto dell inter ci siamo affidati all esperienza in cucina di Evandro. Antipasto con pincini "gnocco fritto" e salumi buono e abbondante. Poi un bis di primi con un ottimo risotto salsiccia e Lambrusco e maccheroni al pettine con radicchio e speck buoni ma pasta un po scotta. Il secondo un buon arrosto con patate al forno. Tutto innaffiato da un buon Lambrusco. Buon servizio tanta cordialità e buon prezzo.

Today for a confirmation coming from Sardinia where the taste of the food is very tasty. I can't help but say that I missed my Sardinia, compliments for the rice and the more than decent dishes. Coming back on holiday I would return several times, perfect meat. Dumplings and cured meats excellent Service with good times for the courses. Courtesy and kindness of the staff 6 stars.

You can't help but put all those stars. From entry to exit you feel pampered and their dishes are more than excellent. Always the center of attention and don't miss the platter with fried dumplings and then it will be a whole culinary journey to try right up to the dessert. Excellent service in the kitchen and in the dining room where, with flat rooms, waiting times are irrelevant. Thanks to the staff

10/08/2024: Discovered while passing through Pegognaga thanks to the good reviews on maps, I confirm that I was pleasantly surprised by this ancient village tavern both for the truly interesting menu offering for the quality of the proposals, and for the attentive and friendly service and finally for the location with large external veranda and very refined furnishings. Delicious fish au gratin, excellent sea bass and praise for the ice cream with chocolate peach. Balanced bill with house bitters offered. I am very happy to still find passionate and competent restaurateurs in our lands like at the village inn. Well done.
04/08/2024: You don't end up at the Borgo tavern by chance. It's not on the main road. But someone must have suggested it to you. And the suggestion is truly due. Authentic food and flavours, impeccable and friendly service, very high quality and adequate prices. The cellar is an ovation to the passion for excellence: wines from all over Italy. To explore and test!! Well done; keep it up!
