Tipica osteria romanesca dove mangi del buono cibo con la simpatia del personale di sala,bottino il piatto del giorno, tonnarelli con crema di carciofi guanciale e tanto pecorino. Tiramisù super. Prezzi consoni.

The staff of this restaurant was racist! It’s so rude! He spoke some Asian language with a weird accent! Which obviously he doesn’t know that language at all !

Excellent authentic hand made pasta. Very delicious place on our first day in Rome. They didn’t give us fresh bread even though the eventually did to the rest of the customers that arrived. The waiter gave us a cake even though we didn’t ask for it, and ended up charging us for it. But maybe it was a language misunderstanding. The staff was friendly and ordered us a taxi as well. Recommend!

We immediately found a place for dinner (without a reservation, a bit of a gamble considering the size of the place). Good food (typical dishes from Rome/Lazio), correct service and friendly staff, excellent value for money - a pleasant evening. Returned 01/25: this time too without a reservation, but in the month of January the risk of "running out of dinner" is relative. However unchanged regarding quality, service, environment, prices, another successful evening/dinner!

C'era 'Na Vorta

14/02/2025: Great traditional food, very authentic and extremely fresh produce. The service was also great, friendly and genuinely ‘Roman’ as you would expect in the area. We dined there on a Friday night when all the children in the village seemed to have been let loose, hence it was quite noisy and chaotic. A large table opposite us decided to have all their children, I’d say about 10 6-8 year old kids, at a separate table just next to us and totally unsupervised. Not the restaurant’s fault at all, but it kinda spoiled an otherwise great evening.
