Located in the small village of Pisignano, Arco is a typical Salento trattoria. Seating is very limited, and the space, with vaulted ceilings, is little more than an open-plan space with exposed antique walls. The food is typical of the area, and the pizzas are also good. Prices are average.

A small pizzeria, off the beaten track, with simple rooms and delicious dishes. Typical Saltento cuisine with excellent value for money, very tasty and good. The pizza is the highlight and also offers local and unusual variations, such as one with rapeseed!!! You can't really go wrong here, unless you're looking for a Michelin-starred chef to make you happy ;-) 2025: We were here again and everything was as delicious and great as always👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Anyone who enjoys a classic, quaint, outdoor trattoria serving local dishes with friendly, professional service will definitely enjoy this trattoria. I liked it so much that I've returned several times. The dishes are all traditional Salento fare, with many local ingredients. The prices are very affordable, and I also appreciate those who prefer a place away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Overall, I really liked this place and recommend it.
