A small trattoria in a small village in the Salento hinterland. A charming location, nestled in the garden of a house, the entrance is under a very evocative ancient stone arch. Decent service Adequate price Exceptionally praiseworthy for the cuisine: dishes made with excellent ingredients, crafted with concepts reminiscent of family cooking, like grandma's, with ancient flavors rich in memories. I recommend it to those who value the food more than the location... Compliments to the chefs 🥰 We'll be back.

We thank Vincenzo, the former tobacconist in Pisignano, for recommending this place to us. The location is beautiful and welcoming, the service is perfect, and the staff is extremely kind and knowledgeable. The menu was extensive and all the dishes were truly delicious. It's hard to say which was the best because they were all exceptional.

A truly unforgettable and delightful experience! We opted for the tasting menu: everything was excellent! It's hard to say what we liked most, from the appetizers to the amaro! A wonderful, welcoming, familiar, and cheerful atmosphere. We felt at home! Francesco, a wonderful host! The waiters were friendly, polite, and always smiling. We'll be back!
