A small pizzeria, off the beaten track, with simple rooms and delicious dishes. Typical Saltento cuisine with excellent value for money, very tasty and good. The pizza is the highlight and also offers local and unusual variations, such as one with rapeseed!!! You can't really go wrong here, unless you're looking for a Michelin-starred chef to make you happy ;-) 2025: We were here again and everything was as delicious and great as always👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Anyone who enjoys a classic, quaint, outdoor trattoria serving local dishes with friendly, professional service will definitely enjoy this trattoria. I liked it so much that I've returned several times. The dishes are all traditional Salento fare, with many local ingredients. The prices are very affordable, and I also appreciate those who prefer a place away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Overall, I really liked this place and recommend it.

12/10/2025: I spent the evening at this restaurant for a birthday, and the menu was a pleasant surprise: many tastings and delicious, original, and very good appetizers, as was the first course. The atmosphere is beautiful, with vaulted ceilings and exposed walls in almost every room. The staff is very friendly.

23/08/2025: Excellent breakfast! We started the day off right thanks to this welcoming and well-kept bar. The staff was exceptionally kind, smiling, and attentive, creating a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. Recommended! (Especially the chocolate shell!!!!)
