An outstanding 5-star hotel in a stunning location high in the mountains. From the moment you arrive, you feel warmly welcomed – the entire staff in all areas of the hotel is extremely friendly, attentive, and professional. The pool area with its infinity pool and view of Lake Garda is always a highlight. The wellness offerings are impressive: the salt cave, in particular, is highly recommended and worth every penny. The culinary offerings also leave nothing to be desired: The food at Gramen is a true delight of the highest quality. A relaxed, pleasant atmosphere prevails throughout the hotel, with subtle, appropriate music – ideal for relaxation and well-being. Here, the guest truly is king. A perfect stay – we'll definitely be back.

Absolutely stunning location in Lake Garda, situated high atop the mountainside overlooking the water. We were stunned and delighted to enter the private gates to this magnificent property. Multiple pools, saunas, spa treatments and more. It was a dream to stay there. We’ll definitely be back!

The hotel is in a modern style. It is located in an incredibly picturesque place, from which a beautiful view of the lake opens up. It is worth going there just for this reason. The staff is welcoming and friendly.

Great stay at Lefay Lago di Garda. Service extremely friendly, beautiful resort, excellent facilities including full length training pool and well-equipped gym. Highly recommended and the staff gladly accommodated a late (2-3pm) checkout for us at no extra cost. One point to note which should be obvious is that the hotel is perched high-up on a hill. There are no readily available taxis in the area, so a car is essential to get around (including to the nearest town, if you want to eat anywhere other than the hotel) after the hotel's free shuttle ends at 18:30. The taxi price quoted by the hotel using it's own driver after hours was c.€50 each way for the c.15 minute journey to Gargnano. The hotel should, really, at this room rate, have a duty driver available to make this trip at a more reasonable rate.

Absolutely beautiful resort in a beautiful location! It felt like every detail here was thought out for guests' comfort and relaxation. The staff were incredibly polite, the suite was comfortable and clean, and the various spa and pool options offered plenty of ways to relax. We really appreciated the extra touches too, such as turndown service in the evenings and the unexpected birthday treats that we were given. The only slight downsides for me were that the supposed "running path" on the property was really a series of trail stairs down and up the mountainside, not suitable for running at all, and that the food was far too highly priced for the quality. (For example, I paid €22 for a small bowl of bland soup made with what seemed like yesterday's leftover vegetables.) Overall, however, it was a great experience, and I'd like to come back in the future.
