A wonderful experience in April 2025! Wonderful massages, a super immersive and relaxing spa and relaxation area. Three days of total relaxation! Truly spacious junior suite, immaculately clean. Wonderful location with a fantastic view and a breathtaking infinity pool! Everyone was so kind!

Everything is top-notch...from the welcome, to the spa pool, and the gourmet dining...the attentive, qualified, and always courteous staff. One of the best hotels!! Thanks to regular renovations, it's in absolutely top condition. The rooms are very spacious. You won't tire of the incredible view until the very end of your stay. Breakfast is remarkably quiet, making for a truly relaxed start to the day!

I can’t comment on any feature of the resort because I never saw it. I can comment, unlike most other guests, on the extraordinary kindness, generosity, care, resourcefulness, generosity, and professionalism of the staff, from the director (Stefania Matteo) through many of her colleagues, to help my friend and me after a car accident near the gates of the resort on our way to a two night stay. I’ve run out of words to express my gratitude. This review is my thanks, however inadequate. We are both on our way to a full recovery, thanks only to Lefay Resort and the exceptional people there. I’m looking forward to a real stay someday. I’m sure it will be wonderful. Mille grazie! ❤️

I come to this magnificent resort to regenerate and relax. It's a place surrounded by greenery, with a splendid view, where time truly seems to slow down. The treatments are the resort's strong point: meticulous, professional, and high-quality. The food is also good, the service attentive: I feel pampered every time. It's a very pleasant experience for those seeking relaxation, well-being, and silence.

Perfect hotel. Very high standard in every way. The spa is crazy. Three amazing spa complexes. The service is very high standard. Very nice and courteous. Highly recommend. We will be back again. The location is far from central areas. The breakfast at the hotel is good. We had dinner once which was mediocre to say the least and very expensive. In summary, everything is perfect at the hotel. Just make sure you have food beyond breakfast or go out to eat in the nearby town. Another note - one of the pools in the spa complexes, which appears on the hotel's website and in all the advertisements posted by the various Bulgarians, is for an additional fee. Keep that in mind. All other spa complexes are included in the price.

Important for those arriving from the southwest: don't follow the GPS for Via Trento, as it leads to a mule track that can be quite challenging at night; continue further and take Via Feltrinelli. Beautiful and with top-notch service, but not the most beautiful spa in the world; there are better ones in Trentino: the aufguss shouldn't be just on Fridays and Saturdays, but every day. The food is top-notch. In any case, a well-deserved 5 stars; the service is remarkable!

I chose this resort to celebrate my friend's 30th birthday, and I mentioned it when booking the room and the restaurant. We arrived at the hotel and were greeted very warmly at reception, where they gave us a welcome drink and gave us a tour of the property before taking us to our room. The room was very beautiful and spacious. I was expecting something special because we were celebrating her birthday, perhaps even a personalized message, but nothing. The spa, however, was fantastic: tons of pools, whirlpools, saunas, and so on. Even the saltwater lake was super relaxing, so relaxing I even dozed off. After the spa, we headed to the restaurant for dinner. The food was average, just overpriced. Since I'd already mentioned we were celebrating a birthday, I was hoping they'd make it a little more magical, but apparently they hadn't even noted it. I then went to the waiter to ask them to put a candle on a dessert I had chosen (they usually offer a chocolate cake for these occasions, but I don't eat chocolate and my friend doesn't eat sweets. Maybe fruit would have been nice, if they had offered it). However, we noticed that the other tables had a sample of the small pastries while we didn't... oh well. Unfortunately, the next day we had to leave early due to other commitments, so we wouldn't have been able to stay for breakfast at the hotel, so they offered to give us the take-away breakfast we had supposedly booked as soon as we arrived during check-in. My friend wanted to ask if it was possible to have a different breakfast since she follows a sugar-free diet, and there we discovered that the take-away breakfast hadn't even been noted; furthermore, it seemed that my friend's request was very difficult to implement, and the receptionist also seemed annoyed by the vague request. Then the following morning they called again and managed to resolve the issue with a little stress, but she was satisfied with the breakfast. In short, the property is very nice, the view is beautiful, and the spa is fantastic; however, there's not the customer service you'd expect from a high-end hotel.

Wonderful location and view, spa has a different saunas and pools. I will definitely come back. Stuff is very nice!
