A pleasant stay, top location and view. Structure and rooms a bit dated, the staff was sporadically lacking / unprepared. It remains an excellent structure, better the experience at the younger sister in the Dolomites.

Enchanting location with a breathtaking view. Very beautiful and well-kept spa. Very helpful and kind staff. The rooms are a little dated but the service is still excellent.

We had a great week at this location. Even if it was rainy, there were plenty of activities that could be done inside the resort. The food is good looking and tasty. Every corner of the hotel is brightly clean. Would visit again for sure.

There is definitely a better way, unfortunately no 5* for us either! There are completely different hotels in this category. The view was beautiful and the service was courteous. Prices not reasonable at all. The spa area surprised us negatively, as the saunas only open at 3 p.m. and is generally very manageable.

Everything about this place is exceptional They seemed to pay attention to every detail. One of the receptionist, Christina (I think) helped me get a prescription I left back at home in Texas. Wonderful people to be around and always smiling. I’m very appreciative to find a place that actually puts in the effort.

Wonderful, magical place to enjoy a holiday and unplug. To describe the place with one word EXCELLENCE. Location with a beautiful view of Lake Garda. Looking at the horizon you see the mountains and the lake which from that exact point seems like the sea because it is infinite. I had a great time, I recommend this place to everyone to regenerate. I was satisfied with everything, room, staff, food and spa. When, for any reason, they do not border on perfection, sometimes due to force majeure, they make up for it and obtain sublimity. I would like to go back to them tomorrow. Super recommended
