Carbonara, the good one! Restaurant run with passion by a couple of young entrepreneurs, very hospitable, who make you feel "at home". Traditional Roman and local dishes, excellently prepared and served in generous portions and at reasonable prices. Absolutely worth trying. Compliments!

Well where to start? An excellent welcome, Flavio (if I remember his name correctly) was very kind from the start despite our short delay. A sublime carbonara, perfect and excellently cooked. Especially the truffle one captured our hearts! Cheese and pistachio pepper no less! Excellent meat main courses at very affordable prices and fantastic desserts (note of merit), I recommend the truffle drowned in coffee and the pistachio ice cream! There wasn't a negative note, the staff make you feel at home with an uncommon kindness! The choice of bitters is also varied, with excellent choices on the menu. 4 of us spent 74 euros. Excellent value for money, highly recommended. We will definitely be back. You guys are awesome!

Really excellent! At the beginning another tavern nearby was recommended to us but then we opted for this one and we will definitely return, a discovery. Comfortable and very familiar environment, courteous and friendly staff, high quality dishes (especially the truffle carbonara).
