Very nice, family-friendly place. I tried an appetizer with samples of all kinds of fish and a second course of fried calamari, everything good and fresh, the owner is a very kind person, I recommend you go. I will definitely go back.

Excellent fish-based dinner with excellent value for money

Food was ok. Nothing amazing but ok. My pistachio and prawns dish was good but my boyfriend had a below average Norma. When my boyfriend went to the toilet the owner was asking me if I was married, which I thought was a bit invasive. And they were talking about us in Italian, in front of us, as if we were not there. It didn’t ruin our night at all but it felt a bit odd

We stumbled upon it by chance because the restaurant we'd chosen for our "La Lucciola" program was closed for vacation. The owner of La Lucciola herself recommended this restaurant to us. I called to make a reservation (Sunday, November 9, 2025) and she told me they only offered a set lunch. I was perplexed because, for me, a set lunch is synonymous with speed, low cost, and therefore low quality. Trusting the owner of "La Lucciola," we took the plunge and went. The atmosphere was welcoming and the service was fast and courteous. We opted for the set tasting menu for €35/person. The appetizers began: sardine meatballs in tomato sauce, marinated anchovies, dogfish in saor (onion), gratinated shrimp, caponata with swordfish, fried cod with panelle, and tomato bruschetta. Then we sampled the first courses: Busiate with clams, yellow and red cherry tomatoes, and friarielli (a variety of broccoli), Pacchero with swordfish ragù and pesto. Everything was sublime, a fantastic blend of flavors. We finished the meal with "Cantine la Vita" Grillo Sciacca wine and, for dessert, Sicilian razor clams (small cannoli). Compliments to the chef and staff. The quality, cuisine, and dining room were all a cut above the price we paid.

Trattoria located in the historic center of Sciacca. I highly recommend the house menu, and you'll get to know Paolo's cuisine. Excellent selection of local wines and truly local cuisine.

An extremely pleasant experience! The food was delicious and the service was excellent. The owner served us personally and was very kind. At the end, even though we were the last guests and the restaurant was already closed, he drove us to the hotel in his own car so we wouldn't get wet in the rain. An incredible gesture of humanity, demonstrating that his goal was for us to have a wonderful experience, and not to see us as just "numbers." Highly recommended! An extremely pleasant experience! Delightful atmosphere, sublime food, fast and friendly service. Low prices. The best in Sciacca. I highly recommend it.
