Trattoria La Torre In Siena

Great food, great service. In three we ate the following tasty homemade dishes, pici with deer ragu which was delicious. A plate of ravioli (ricotta and truffle) a piece tasty veal and their special potatoes in tomato and fennel seeds sauce. The tiramisu was also delicious. Along with some wine, water and an amaro all for 65 euro which I felt was great value for money. Highly recommended. 👍

Perfect Christmas lunch: for me, who is used to cooking it for everyone, this year for various reasons I found myself celebrating it with two of my three daughters, and we decided to go to Siena. A real trattoria! I come from a family of hunters, and it's not easy to be satisfied with game, but the venison sauce was spectacular, and when I told Rubel, he brought me an extra small bowl to go with the ravioli, but I preferred eat it like this. Generous portions, excellent duck! The tiramisu was “space”! Surprisingly, they gifted us with some pastry ricciarello: sublime, nothing like the industrial ones. I'm really excited and when I have the opportunity to return to Siena, I will return to La Torre. Rubel a true gentleman. Full marks 👍🏻

A no-fuss restaurant that goes to the essentials. The dishes were all excellent. I recommend.

Se volete mangiare la tipica cucina senese il ristorante La Torre a pochi passi da piazza del campo è sicuramente il luogo giusto. Antipasti toscani primi di carne e cacciagione e secondi come l'ossobuco e il piccione la fanno da padrone. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo assolutamente consigliato.

This place was incredible!! The ambiance was comfortable, the atmosphere authentic, the service was lovely, and the food was DELICIOUS!!! So thrilled to have stumbled upon the perfect lunch place.

Great place with amazing different shades of pasta. The blonde lady chef is really the best !!!

Optimal! Real and very good restaurant

Small, intimate restaurant just off the Piazza del Campo. Stopped in for lunch that did not disappoint. Waiter stated what pastas and proteins were available. If we needed a menu to look at, they are available, but unnecessary as the waiter answered all our questions. We ordered pasta, but looking at the other diners, some had ordered second plate offerings. Waiter was attentive. Had their pici pasta with venison ragu. Outstanding! Finished with homemade deserts and Vin Santo. Will be sure to return.

Very simple, small place, no menu, house wine (white or red). I went with several people, so I tried almost all the dishes: they were excellent!

Il pensiero piu' bello che si ha dopo aver mangiato (bene) e' per Rubel, ragazzo di 32 anni del bangladesch che gestisce sapientemente il ristorante per conto di un gruppo toscano (con cuoco Alessandro,quindi, italiano...): ragazzo intelligente, attento, cortese e corretto che fa gli interessi di chi lo paga come e' raro trovare : bravo lui e bravo chi si affida a lui. Si mangia bene e si spende circa 30€ che per essere dietro piazza del campo e' un prezzo da saldo in rapporto alla qualita'. Ossobuco superstar. Si tornera',per Rubel e per il cibo.
