After spending a pleasant morning exploring the ancient town of Segni, the cherry on top was this trattoria, which delighted us with a varied appetizer (both hot and cold), delicious and full of unique flavors. The Fregnaquanti pasta with ragu were amazing, and the apple pie was freshly made by them. A good value. Highly recommended. Bravo, Stefania!

Excellent food, cooked with love and precision, without frills or frills. Every meal is a small masterpiece...it's rare to find places like this. PS: The paintings on display for sale are also beautiful.

I couldn't find a single flaw in this restaurant...exquisite food 10/10...excellent quality...beautiful experience...I'll be back soon....so much for Michelin stars! Congratulations 👏 👏 👏

We visited this restaurant during the chestnut festival. Excellent food, a chestnut-based menu with well-executed dishes. A special mention goes to the gelato and the chestnut ring cake, both truly excellent. The service was perfect, and the staff were very friendly. Congratulations

We went for lunch and it was a wonderful discovery. Excellent ingredients, friendly service, and a lovely atmosphere. Saltimbocca alla romana and tagliata with porcini mushrooms were excellent. I recommend the homemade gelato, truly delicious. A place to definitely return.

Tascapizza

01/03/2026: We went to Tascapizza, a sort of alternative to the classic and well-known Trapizzino. We ordered two menus and two extra tascapizzas, for a total of €26. The idea is nice and the ingredients are good, but overall, we weren't entirely convinced. The tascapizzas weren't very filling and lacked a sauce that would give them more character and bind them together better, because they were too dry. Unfortunately, we also found the meatballs a bit bland. A very positive note, however, goes to the supplì: really good! Overall, worth a try, but I think they could be improved.
