The dinner was nothing short of perfect: we chose two different menus, and both exceeded our expectations. Balanced flavors, expertly crafted quality ingredients, and beautifully presented. The staff was welcoming, kind, and professional. It was a delightful surprise and experience, and I'm recommending it to everyone. I'll definitely be back to try the other menus. Absolutely not to be missed if you're in Alghero!

La Saletta is not just a restaurant, it is a unique food experience. Using the best of local ingredients the chefs craft amazingly innovative dishes which surprise and delight. The staff are warm and welcoming and explained the contents of each course without pomposity. The wine pairing is well worth the extra and complimented the food. We ate here on a visit last year and often thought of the excellent meal throughout the year and undoubtedly we shall recall this meal throughout the coming year.

We had the pleasure of dining last night at this Michelin-starred restaurant, and it was a truly culinary and personal experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with great professionalism and kindness, which immediately set the tone for the evening. We opted for the Rivière (fish) menu, which turned out to be a wonderful discovery. The dishes were delicately prepared, the flavors perfectly balanced, and the presentation was extremely elegant. Each plate offered a surprise, a culinary journey that we were thoroughly delighted with. You can sense that behind each creation, there is remarkable passion and mastery. The service, meanwhile, was impeccable: attentive without being intrusive, smoothly paced, with clear and precise explanations of each dish and each pairing. From the moment we were welcomed to the moment we left, everything was designed to make us feel both privileged and completely at ease. The only slight drawback we noted was that we would have liked to have been able to choose two different menus at the table. Indeed, our tastes are quite different: I particularly enjoy seafood and fish, while my husband is more of a meat lover (which I personally don't eat). Being forced to order the same menu therefore limited our freedom of choice somewhat, even though the chosen menu was absolutely delicious. Nevertheless, it remains an exceptional experience that we will cherish forever, and that we highly recommend to anyone looking for a combination of gastronomy, refinement, and quality service. A restaurant that fully deserves its star.
