We have been coming to Alghero for 4 years, the first time we booked in this place.
Unexpected and unique experience, a real surprise. From the appetizer to the dessert, to the course combinations, everything was simply perfect. The research and
the use of local ingredients reworked without distorting them deserves international recognition no less important and prestigious than restaurants of the caliber of Central in Lima (we had dinner at Central in December 2023).
Favorite course: the reworked creme brulee, a delicacy.
We also really appreciated the availability and kindness of the chefs who greeted us warmly upon leaving the restaurant.
We will definitely return.

Great food experience - hats off to the chef and his team!
Knowledgeable sommelier, with interesting, local wine choices, as well as a delicious, homemade kombucha.
Only minus was the attitude and manners of one of the waiters.
Worth a visit if you're in Alghero!

Excellent food, with very high quality raw materials. The presentation of the dishes is pleasing to the eye.
It's not a simple dinner, it's a very special culinary experience (in fact they only do tastings). All the dishes are very well prepared and some were well explained by one of the chefs, very competent and kind.
Nice location, not too big and welcoming.
However, the service is not up to the standard of the place, especially compared to the price.
Waiting times between one course and another were too long (we stayed at the table for 4 hours) and sometimes we received imprecise and unclear information (especially on drinks).
Overall, however, it is a place that I recommend because the food was really excellent and unique. Especially the malloreddos, best dish ever.

The restaurant is welcoming but they told us next to where the dining room staff usually places glasses, bottles etc. We had asked for a good table well in advance, evidently they prefer foreigners. Unfortunately the service is very poor. I found the person who is supposed to be the maitre d' to be very opinionated and not very open to dialogue. Generally the audience is diverse and humility should be a necessary requirement. You never know who you're in front of... A nine-course tasting cannot be paired with just four glasses. Regardless of the quantity of wine and the cost, it's nice to have variety. It is a path, not a handout. However, we appreciated the sommelier, who was very competent. The dishes, some good, some less so, but overall the kitchen works well. The superb pre-dessert, true Sardinian flavours. We always leave a tip, this time we avoided it. Less certainty, more substance, sometimes the guest knows more than you think
Excellente soirée, service parfait et explication en français. Nous avons choisi le menu mer avec ses zakouskis. Cuisine sarde inventive que nous avons beaucoup apprécié.
