Trattoria La Risacca In San bartolomeo al mare

Cosa dire!? “La Risacca” si trova sull’Aurelia, a San Bartolomeo al Mare. L’ho conosciuta grazie a un servizio d’asporto che offrivano d’estate e che avevo sempre voluto provare. Li chiamai due o tre volte per prenotare d'asporto, ma ogni volta il proprietario mi diceva: “Purtroppo facciamo asporto solo su prenotazione con qualche giorno di anticipo, perché abbiamo roba è sempre fresca e ordiniamo in base alle prenotazioni con anticipo oppure siamo già pieni…”. Da lì, questo posto ha iniziato a ispirarmi fiducia. Ogni volta che tornavamo al mare d’estate, era sempre pieno. Quando ci passavo davanti, c’era sempre un profumo pazzesco… Un giorno decisi di prenotare con largo anticipo. Che dire? È stato favoloso, meritava l’attesa... Un locale in stile anni ’50, con al massimo 20-25 coperti, a conduzione familiare credo, gestito da due o tre persone. Un posto che ha il suo fascino, lo trovo un posto sincero, molto easy, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, e soprattutto un FRITTO MISTO COME DIO C.......O COMANDA!!! Composta da pesce di diversi tipi, gamberoni, calamari e tante altri pesciolini!! Di ristoranti ne giriamo tanti, dal un ristorante stellato, ai non, ma un fritto misto di questa qualità, con un rapporto qualità-prezzo così, LO SI MANGIA SOLO QUI!!! Ormai è diventato il ristorante da soffermarsi sempre ogni volta che ci troviamo in questa zona! COZZE abbondante a gogo e un FRITTO misto abbondante... come dolce ? No dolce, magari di nuovo un mini fritto come dolce ! 🤣🤣🤣

Trattoria!!! Prices and menus at Trattoria al mare. Kind and very cheerful owner. You feel at home. Good typical Ligurian dishes. Good fish and some catch too.

Only three stars for the environment, but you can't do more with such a small place, but the rest makes up for it fully. Friendly owner with the right spirit even if only serving the almost full place. The food was excellent and with the right price ratio, also served with adequate time. Just one note for the owner, he should update the times on the Google tab more often because if he doesn't answer you throughout Saturday, which is marked open, you think it's closed for winter rest and book at another restaurant. However we will return as soon as possible.

It is the classic time capsule of catering, the environment is a little vintage, but the warmth of the owners, the goodness and generosity of the dishes make the environment overshadow. The quality of the raw materials and the attention in their preparation make the experience certainly noteworthy for the palate, while at the same time making the value for money excellent, especially for the fish dishes. Discovered by pure chance, it proved to be a truly tasty experience and one that I will try to repeat as soon as possible.

Non è un ristorante stellato, è una vera trattoria!!! Un trattoria come quelle di un volta, mi è piaciuta tantissima. Antipasto di mare misto e poi spaghetti alle vongole strepitosi. Vino bianco sfuso in caraffa . Consigliato sia per pranzo che per cena

Small place in San Bartolomeo al Mare along the Aurelia. Family-run, you will find seafood and land menus. We opted for the sea. The mixed seafood starter and seafood salad were good, the fried calamari was not greasy and crunchy, the dessert was good. The waiter/owner very friendly and helpful. All at a very good price. And here I repeat myself: why in some places in Liguria you can eat at affordable prices and in others they hang you? The raw material is always the same... we highly recommend it and when we come here, we will definitely come back to visit you
