Typical trattoria, with a simple style, where it is possible to find traditional Cremonese dishes with an unbeatable quality-quantity/price ratio. The menu consists of a few dishes, all typical. The idea of the welcome appetizer with cured meats and polenta, offered as soon as you sit down at the table, is really nice and much appreciated. We tried the tagliolini with 4 sauces and the famous boiled meat trolley and both were excellent and plentiful. The selection of boiled meats, in particular, presents a variety of cuts that are difficult to find in other places and it is possible to taste them all or choose just a few and, in any case, the plate will be refilled and it is also possible to have a "second round". I was thus able to try cuts that I had never tasted before, such as the pickled tongue and the head, and I really liked them. Everything is then accompanied by 4 different sauces and a generous plate of vegetable side dishes and mashed potatoes. At the end of dinner I was really full but also super satisfied. I will definitely stay here again when I'm in the area.

Wonderful traditional trattoria.
I ended up there by chance with some friends, on Sunday for lunch, in fact we hadn't booked. Bad idea, because it was very full!
Despite this, the owners did their utmost to find us a place, with extreme kindness and courtesy.
Fast and attentive service: you are greeted with a house appetizer.
Exceptional dishes and generous portions. Delicious homemade stuffed pasta. The trolley of boiled meats and roasts and the cheese trolley are well stocked.
Priceless quality/price ratio.

Wonderfully retro context, clean and with a welcoming and attentive staff.
When I go to this very traditional trattoria, I am only "satisfied" with the boiled meats, presented with a wonderful and very abundant trolley, in quantity and quality.
The amouse bouche, or the small appetizer offered at the beginning of the meal, is always a very pleasant start.
The selection of boiled meats, like few others I have ever seen, is truly impressive in its richness, with white and red meats, cotechino, coppa and roasts prepared with great skill.
The dish presented does not leave an inch of ceramic free, speaking volumes about the abundance of the serving.
But the great thing is that for those who have "famona", it is possible to have a nice second round without problems, perhaps trying other cuts or your favorites from the cart.
Accompanied by green sauce, horseradish, peppers...
We are at great levels, and for an expense that hardly exceeds 25 euros.
I pray that places like this will last a very long time, because they represent truly important islands of taste and culinary tradition.

Buoni piatti, la specialità rimane il carrello dei bolliti, sempre gustosi anche se la tendenza a servirli in un’unica soluzione fa sì che risultino un po’ freddi alla fine. Cantina migliorabile. Personale cortese.

Nos llevaron a una mesa y una vez que habíamos pedido nuestra comida, llegó nuestro primer plato - un plato con embutidos de jamón Parma, salami, etc. Luego nos dieron un plato grande cada uno lleno de diferentes cortes de carne hervida - cerdo, lengua de res, carne picada, etc. Todo servido con pequeños platos de mostaza pero no como la conocemos. Corte tiras de fruta jalea, picante, albahaca, mezcla de zanahorias, etc Absolutamente delicioso y nuestro camarero bigote era simplemente el mejor!
