Typical local cuisine but very refined as it used to be. You feel at home, book because it doesn't contain many places but it's really worth it. It is kept like a wedding favor and is easy to get to and can be parked a little further on the road. Excellent price and quality. Pleasant discovery!!! Sunday lunch for couples: two starters, two first courses and two second courses with half a liter of bulk red wine. Clean, tidy and well-kept location, very original... Excellent food and good quantities, good presentation without that excessive pretense that is often found around restaurants to overdo it. The pumpkin pie on cream cheese is exceptional and the tagliolini with mushroom sauce are wonderful, without taking anything away from the other courses, including the exquisite Castelmagno steak. Fabulous and abundant the platter of cured meats and cheeses accompanied by a delicious fresh homemade caramelized onion compote, and the delicious and tasty baskets of bread and focaccia also made fresh by the Chef. The chef was friendly and competent, the head nurse and the waiter were attentive and attentive, excellent service even though the place was full, reservations are recommended because the place is not very large in terms of capacity. The raw materials are of excellent quality and fresh, bought and processed fresh every day as the restaurant commands and the freshness and authenticity of the products used can be noticed on the palate. The red wine, although in bulk, was of good quality... A rare thing to find around when it comes to bulk drinks... Honest prices... We weren't able to taste the desserts because with 3 courses each we were full.... Also because everything is accompanied by bread and focaccia which are difficult to avoid given their goodness. But we will try the desserts, which are also strictly fresh and homemade, next time, because we will certainly return to eat in this very pleasant restaurant surprise located on the heights of Genoa.
