We stumbled upon it by chance, escaping a traffic jam on the highway. A very pleasant surprise, from the starter to the dessert, everything was excellent. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere was family-like (our favorite!), so we can't understand the relatively low rating. Highly recommended.

Positive experience, the food and the service were very good, taken care of by a very good guy who is available for any need, but don't be confused by the name 'piola', the prices are above average.

Excellent Piola that serves fresh and well prepared fish. Not on the sea but it doesn't matter when you eat well! Prices reasonable compared to the average of the place.

Ritorno a Borghetto e ritorno a mangiare alla Piola… che dire se non che è sempre una piacevole esperienza culinaria. Abbiamo mangiato linguine alla vongole eccezionali e un fritto misto asciutto e croccante. Per concludere un buon tiramisù fatto in casa non poteva mancare. Lo staff è sempre molto gentile e disponibile. Da tornare e ritornare ogni volta che si passa da Borghetto…bravi ragazzi continuate così.

14/07/2025: One of the few restaurants in Liguria that doesn't attract tourists. The dishes are carefully crafted, perfectly presented, and of excellent quality. The wine list caters to all budgets, with markups in line with the restaurant. Attentive and courteous service. The only downside (in my opinion) is the exorbitant prices, significantly above the norm for a restaurant of this kind... So if you're on a budget, you're in the right place.

La Betulla

05/07/2025: Io e mia sorella abbiamo cenato alla Betulla, un ristorante turistico sul lungomare di Finale Ligure. Il personale è gentilissimo, la posizione ottima. Tante proposte sia di carne che di pesce che pizze. Abbiamo preso una frittura di totani e gamberi e i gamberi erano qualcosa di eccezionale, super freschi e morbidi.
31/05/2025: Everything was incredible. The service and the dishes, prepared with great expertise from generation to generation, are so delicious. I recommend the house dessert. Excellent.
