The sign is a bit hidden, but we found the restaurant via Google Maps. On a Sunday evening in August, there were no problems finding tables inside. The owner is courteous and eloquent in suggesting traditional local dishes. Without further ado, the food is good and the price is reasonable. The first courses are served with excellent sauces, and the second course is a top-quality Chianina beef with truffles. Feel free to try it.

I had a cacio e pepe here that surpassed even those I've had in Rome: creamy, flavorful, and perfect.
The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, and the owner was truly friendly and personable, making the experience even more enjoyable.

We were greeted by Mr. Gianluca, an extremely welcoming, friendly, and genuine person, who made us feel at home from the very first moment.
The food? A true delight! The pici all'agliata were a surprising discovery: a simple dish with an intense and enveloping flavor, which won us over from the first bite. The wild boar morsels in red wine were so tender, they literally melted in our mouths!
An authentic experience, one that leaves a smile on your face and the desire to return. Highly recommended to anyone who wants to experience true Tuscan hospitality accompanied by unforgettable flavors.

We found the restaurant by chance, near our accommodation, without a reservation, but they made room for us.
Crostini misti and bruschetta as a starter.
Picci agliate (garlic and tomato sauce), caccio e pepe, and porcini e guanciale were exquisite.
Tagliata, a good portion.
Friendly service, a friendly waiter, fast,
and speaking our language.

A pleasant surprise in the historic center of Pitigliano.
Very courteous and friendly staff, ready to offer advice on local cuisine.
Excellent value, with €32 for two, including a first course, wine, water, and coffee (prices that are now out of this world for today's market).
Recommended, especially for the authenticity of the cuisine and the staff.
