Perhaps the service could be a little more attentive, but that's understandable on a day when there's a higher influx due to the Redeemer's Day celebrations. The food was quite good, the place is very homely. If I have to return to Nuoro, I wouldn't rule out eating here again.

An excellent experience at this small trattoria, almost adjacent to the Man Museum. A welcoming place, a family atmosphere, and attentive service from the owner. We chose the tasting menu, which included a generous selection of cured meats and vegetables preserved in oil (pancetta, sausage, ham, mushrooms, dried tomatoes, and broad beans with pancetta) and two pasta dishes (gnocchetti and ravioli with tomato sauce, both excellent). The menu, which left us feeling completely satisfied, didn't let us pass up a taste of the fabulous honey seadas. Excellent value. Highly recommended.

Ci tenevo a creare un posto su questa "locanda", perché qui ho trovato il miglior rapporto qualità/prezzo di tutta l'isola. Il locale è in un vicolo non lontano dalla posta principale. In verità, abbiamo dovuto attendere le 20.30, che, per i francesi, risulta essere un po' tardi per vedere aprire la porta di un ristorante. Mi avevano raccomandato questo ristorante come il più economico di Nuoro, e così è stato. La pasta è fresca; si tratta veramente di una cucina che, al giorno d'oggi, a meno di 15 euro, non se ne trovano più. E questa trattoria ha un successo pazzesco.
Eravamo stati già qualche anno fa alla Locanda e ricordavamo di avere mangiato ottimamente
L'esperienza di oggi ha confermato questo ricordo: piatti curati con materie prime di ottima qualità, servizio rapidissimo fornito con grande gentilezza ed attenzione.
Eccellente rapporto qualità/prezzo
Se ritorneremo a Nuoro il pranzo alla Locanda sarà una tappa obbligata!

A small, welcoming trattoria. The owner is happy to chat, and between anecdotes about the Sardinian language and descriptions of dishes, she brings you truly delicious food. Quality products are prepared with care and respect for the ingredients. The pecorino cheese flan with bottarga is simply sublime. The first courses and desserts are also excellent. We didn't get to try the second courses, but it will be a good reason to return. Excellent value.

After days of searching for a genuine place to eat, we stumbled upon this beautiful inn. Excellent food, great prices, and excellent service. A big thank you to the woman who served us: friendly, smiling, and charming. The only downside is that we're in Olbia and would be unlikely to eat there again. A heartfelt thank you for the excellent lunch on our anniversary. My son adds a little heart ❤️ and also says "the desserts are excellent."
