Ci eravamo stati nel Giugno 2024, siamo stati ieri 2/5/2025. Prenotato via email.con pronta riconferma. Sempre ottima accoglienza di Ciro, che ci ha fatto accomodare al tavolo 3. In pochi minuti prendeva la comanda e portava pane e bevande; mentre la sala si riempiva di altri commensali. Seppur da solo, Ciro se la cava egregiamente, ci ha portato come primo piatto gli gnocchi al Blu d'Aosta con la variante del pistacchio in granella, deliziosi ed una "insalata valdostana" con cavolo rosso, mela, noci, mocetta e formaggio. A seguire una bistecca alla valdostana ed una polenta concia, ottime Mezza minerale, un quarto di vono e 2 caffè per circa € 48. Ottimo!

Siamo stati mangiare in questa trattoria super carino il proprietario, piatti abbondanti e buonissimi. La polenta della Locanda una cannonata di sapore . Noi lo consigliamo !!!!! Scelta di vini serviti anche al calice per poter assaggiarne di diversi . Noi sicuramente ci ritorneremo perché merita veramente se ci si trova Châtillon.

Small but welcoming place, cold cuts platter with natural honey and very good citrus jam, the lard stands out among all the others, with a really interesting flavour! Gnocchi della lanterna good, rich and abundant, just like a mountain dish should be, the tagliatelle with roe deer ragù also abundant and very pleasant to the taste. Sweet like grandma's ❤️ Maybe it's a shame about the service being a little slow.

Excellent family run restaurant, Local foods are eaten We had an appetizer of Aosta Valley cheeses and cured meats which were too good And various dishes including abundant first and second courses, accompanied with very good house white wine In the end, a good Aosta Valley herbal vodka, with a fresh, sweet and flavored taste Final price for 4: €100 (coverage included) I recommend stopping to eat at their place

Cozy place!! The dishes are delicious as was the service. It whetted our appetite so after a hearty snack with sandwich and meat tartare at 5pm, we had dinner with starter, first course and second course at 7.30pm. We are not local and we returned home satisfied for having chosen them for dinner! ✨
