Trattoria La Galleria In Filettino

I would like to point out that I travel a lot for work and pleasure, both nationally and internationally. I have tried many cuisines, of all "levels" and I have also learned to make the "right" comparisons. This premise because I have read other negative reviews that I do not agree with, because they do not consider the overall context. In other words, at "Sora Lella" I do not expect to find caviar and oysters. Personally, (after a late lunch with my wife and father), I consider the experience in line with expectations (welcome, tradition and simplicity characteristic of a trattoria of times gone by), probably the lunch that will remain in my dearest memories.

Spectacular .... it's not a restaurant it's home ... Rosa her adorable and humble husband her sweet daughters ...... are the home .... we enter into our historical memory of our humble and welcoming Italian family ...... at least for me ....... it's home ....... mine

After two days in search of a rustic place with ancient and good flavours, where the welcome is sincere and affectionate, I arrived in Filettino to Enrico and Rosamaria at the "La Galleria" restaurant, not only did I find what I was looking for but so much more...Everything perfect, all true like the greetings at the end of a delicious lunch with sweets and Nocino made with their walnuts. Highly recommended, trust me, I write and review places and clubs, this will not disappoint you. Susanna La Valle.

Cucina veramente casareccia, fettuccine ai funghi porcini strepitose,maialino con patate fantastico, vino,ciambelline, formaggio, buonissimi. Atmosfera casalinga. Da provare..

La Galleria è tradizione e qualità. La materia prima è tutta di provenienza diretta dei produttori locali, in particolare carne e formaggi del bestiame allevato con Pascolo libero in montagna. Questo è una esclusiva insostituibile. Gnocchi e fettuccine rigorosamente fatte a mano. Impastate la mattina per essere servite a pranzo o cena. La pizza buonissima! Iniziate con un antipasto con formaggio e prosciutto d’eccellenza, prendete un primo con ragù o porcini, e terminate con una bella grigliata. Ottima anche una fettina semplice. La carne è del loro bestiame … e quindi perfetta per i bambini! Preparatevi ai sapori dj una volta. Il servizio è velocissimo … parlate con Enrico ,il titolare, vi racconterà le storie di una volta della transumanza… Buon viaggio nel passato!

Homemade service, super honest price, quality food, recommended

All very good, welcoming and homely place

Good experience in this restaurant. Lunch with friends. Warm welcome, abundant starter with cheese and fried cured meats, homemade gnocchi and excellent meat. At the end we are served, unsolicited but welcome, a beautiful fresh fruit salad, very sweet local wild plums, dried sweets, coffee and local liqueurs in bottles left on the table. What can I say? I'll be back. Impeccable service. The location is dated, needs improvement.
