Excellent trattoria, friendly and welcoming staff. A mixed antipasto of local cured meats and cheeses, a warm antipasto of mixed legumes. House red wine, a first course of ricotta and spinach ravioli with cacio e pepe, and a second course of grilled lamb ribs with tomatoes and tortarello. The desserts were also excellent, even if they were industrial. Finished with coffee and gentian, everything delicious. Recommended.

Quiet atmosphere, excellent food with local, zero-mile products, room equipped with all comforts, affability and courtesy of the hosts ready to satisfy every request... everything you need for a peaceful and pleasant holiday... plus, pet-friendly structure!! I highly recommend it.

Trattoria Fornacella was a wonderful discovery. The appetizer of homemade cured meats is delicious with a nice selection, including pallote (a type of pasta) and a legume terrine. The first course is very good: ravioli cacio e pepe. The dessert is unique and delicious: a cake with chantilly cream, followed by a nice glass of ratafia. The price is excellent.

A real little corner of Italy! 🇮🇹 Warm welcome, very kind and attentive staff. The food is simply delicious, full of authentic Italian flavors. You can tell everything is homemade with quality products. A great discovery, I will definitely come back!

A guarantee, as always!!! Every time we return to La Fornacella it is a pleasure. Amazing cuisine, warm and welcoming atmosphere, but above all great attention to customers. We had given notice a few days in advance to also have vegetarian and vegan dishes for some diners, and the staff outdid themselves: original proposals, well presented and truly delicious! In an area where it is often difficult to find attention to these needs, it was a real pleasure to feel welcomed with care and professionalism. The other guests were also very satisfied. Sincere congratulations to all the staff!

The first courses, the appetizers and the dessert were good.. the owner was a very kind person.. 2 place settings. 2 plates of cold cuts. 2 first courses. 2 desserts. 2 coffees. 1 bottle of water. a quarter of house wine and 1 bitter: €50.. I recommend it
