Trattoria La Caneva In Riese pio x

Had lunch on Saturday, set menu. Everything was delicious, congratulations.

Passing through for work I stopped here at Osteria la Caneva for lunch. They do a set menu. I would say it was excellent. The chicken steak with a side of potatoes was very good. Then, an extra touch, or rather an extra star, was the glass bottle of water.

First time out for lunch for work. I had a pasta dish with vegetables and smoked ricotta, which I had to discard. The pasta was dry and looked like it had been baked or something else, except for the scamorza. The side dish was potatoes, but not really. I understand the €12 price tag for a first course and side dish (before Civid, you could eat a full course with wine) is now too low for a restaurateur, but a lot for someone who still earns a blue-collar worker's salary.

A good restaurant with quality food and fast service...

The lunch was very good and the service was truly attentive. The ladies serving were extremely kind and helpful. The restrooms are a bit cramped, but the free parking is convenient and close by. If I'm ever in the area again, I'll definitely stop by again.

At midday, well, a little slow to take orders.

I've been eating here for work for over a year and I have to say I'm very happy. Very kind and patient staff with whom I've established a beautiful friendship. Thanks to everyone.
