We stopped here for lunch on the recommendation of friends. I have to say, we had a great time! The cuisine features traditional dishes and is excellent quality. The service was very courteous and friendly. Highly recommended. Prices are average, but excellent value! Highly recommended!

The wine was delicious, as was the elderberry syrup...
And the cookies 🍪 were exceptional...

Tea or Frico?
After a lovely hike to the Cava Buscada refuge, I arrived at Trattoria Julia around 5:00 PM, and the lovely ladies who run it prepared me a fantastic Frico for teatime, even though the kitchen was probably closed: that Frico had the distinct flavor of availability, which is no longer a given.
The polenta was also excellent, and I really enjoyed the wine by the glass, even though I didn't recognize it.
Stop by any time on Saturday or Sunday; I think you'll be treated well and eat wonderfully.

Quick lunch in Erto at this very welcoming, rustic-style restaurant. A hearty and delicious plate of frico with polenta! Highly recommended! 😉

Truly excellent food. We tried the warm crostini with mountain herbs, the canederli with butter, sage, and smoked ricotta, and the Ertano dish (frico, sausage, polenta, and beans with onion). I recommend everything; it was delicious! Attentive and friendly staff.

We had Sunday lunch. Even without a reservation, the owners managed to find a table for us and many other customers who arrived later. The food is simple, good, using local products and beautifully presented. Service, despite the large crowd, was quick. The price was average. I recommend making a reservation and taking a tour of the adjacent workshop of a famous local writer, sculptor, and mountaineer.
