I visited a couple of times in August during the holidays and had a pretty good time. Each time, I went for lunch, a day when restaurants typically focus on business lunches; the quality is likely better in the evening. In any case, I always left satisfied, especially due to the courtesy of the staff. Prices are quite reasonable for the fish menu. Perhaps the location (under the FI-PI-LI overpass) isn't the best. Three stars, a decent/average experience.

We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance, passing through Livorno before boarding our ferry. Even though the place was packed, the very kind manager asked the chef if he could quickly prepare two Margherita pizzas. The pizzas were ready in no time and very good. As if that weren't enough, he even offered us a few extra slices. Everything was delicious, and the price was truly fair. Highly recommended!

Great experience. We stopped by chance without much expectation and were pleasantly surprised. The fish was very good and the staff were very friendly. I definitely recommend it.

26/09/2025: Beautiful restaurant in the winding streets of Capoliveri. Great interior, it's almost like sitting in grandma's kitchen. Dining here is definitely a feast for the eyes. The delicious dishes are prepared and served with love. They also serve excellent wines. In our opinion, this is one of the best restaurants in Capoliveri. Reservations recommended.

Agriturismo Le Biricoccole

13/10/2025: We stayed at this farmhouse for a few days. It's located on the road but is surrounded by nature in a park that makes everything very quiet and pleasant. The welcome was positive. We had a mix-up due to a broken hairdryer in the room, but it was replaced fairly quickly. The breakfast was basic, nothing special, more home-made than farmhouse-style. The only downsides were a little lack of cleanliness in the rooms (the corners, even in the bathroom, are visible) and the bed wasn't very comfortable. Perhaps a topper would make sleeping more pleasant. Otherwise, recommended if you don't have too many expectations.
20/09/2025: A lovely agriturismo with excellent value for money. Unfortunately, the Aurelia state road in front and the railway behind don't help with a good night's sleep. On the plus side, there's a wonderful park with a swimming pool, olive grove, and pine forest, which are priceless, especially if you have a dog. We fell in love with "Nello," the donkey.
