If you have forgotten, between a sushi and a kebab, the true culinary culture of Salento, come and have a Sunday lunch at Iolanda, more than a trattoria it is a mementum of the local tradition. Highly recommended!

The typical cuisine is that of Salento. All the variations of pasta, durum wheat earrings, barley minchiareddhi and twisted sagne, are made by them and you can watch the making of the pasta from the showcase located at the entrance to the restaurant. The meat is very good, the gnommareddhi are excellent. The pittula and panzerotti are a true masterpiece. Highly recommended!!

20/01/2025: They were very kind and reserved a comfortable table for us to keep our dog in a corner. Nice and clean place. Smiling and friendly staff. Great quality fish at fair prices. We will definitely return to enjoy the outdoor terrace.
