In the last ten days of February I had lunch with family.
1) welcoming place
2) appetizers not excellent... many products in oil and vinegar.
3) pasta with sauce of pieces very good.... pasta with turnips tasteless.

The most authentic trattoria in the region. Iolanda will be celebrating her 90th birthday and she is in the kitchen every evening! She makes the pasta by hand. You will be served by his children and grandchildren, the tables are in an old village alley. There you can find all the traditional dishes of the region, including orecchiette à la cima di rapa.

It’s such a great feeling to unexpectedly find a hidden gem! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome, and that friendly atmosphere carried through the entire meal.
The food was homemade with love, and you could really taste the care that went into every dish. Since it was my first time here, I asked the waitress for recommendations, and she guided me to some excellent choices.
Everything was simply perfect, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a delicious and heartfelt meal!

I discovered this wonderful trattoria thanks to one of my clients in the area, every time I'm in the area I always go back, the place is welcoming and well looked after, the open kitchen is synonymous with authenticity and safety, the simple and genuine dishes offer typical local dishes, simple but not banal, with careful research into the raw materials. What more can I say... If you want to taste the typical Apulian cuisine it is definitely a place to visit

I've been trying to come for years. Special, real flavors and tradition. Only for those who don't like the clichés and rhetoric of modern restaurants. A return to the origins, Mrs. Iolanda making pasta on sight is something you rarely see and it deserves it. Congratulations to everyone👏🏼
