I've been there several times, both for lunch and dinner, it's a place that I really like. The idea of ​​mixing a trattoria with a butcher's shop and offering "poor" dishes that are now difficult to find is brilliant... Brains, nerves, various offal that may make some people turn up their noses but which for lovers of the genre are memories of childhood, a blast from the past! The only flaws are that it's a little expensive, especially at lunch... just leave the fixed menu and the bill goes up a lot and the temperatures are freezing if you end up in the local butcher's shop.

Almost perfect As Tuscans who love good meat and cured meats, we set the bar decidedly high, but the fifth quarter was able to live up to our expectations. We ordered 1 starter, 1 first course, 1 second course and 1 dessert, water, coffee and a bottle of Nebbiolo for €27. The cured meats are excellent, in a decidedly plentiful appetizer even if divided in two. Then the creamy pici cacio e pepe, made with fantastic aged pecorino. Duck breast cooked sous vide at low temperature, spectacular juicy and tender meat. The only flaw: I would have expected an accompanying sauce. Finally, dark chocolate and chilli pepper cake accompanied by salted caramel ice cream, a perfect combination, a delight for the spoken word. Total account €90 including impeccable service, kindness, friendliness, attention to detail and perfect times between one course and another. Very pleasant and well-kept location.

The Trattoria is part of the La Bottega (sells wines, cheese and meats). We ended up at La Bottega! However the food here was great! Had the pomodoro and funghi pastas. Both were very tasty!

Excellent cuisine and tasty dishes but weak in weight, excellent service, few first courses on the menu, only goose carbonara and fettuccina ragù but I don't know if you can order different first courses, excellent mixed platters, good side dishes, excellent wine, no water slightly carbonated. Average prices can be exceeded with the wines, but they are excellent. Characteristic place, friendly professional staff... I recommend it. MS
