The cuisine is excellent. We come here often and have never been disappointed. Both the fixed-price and à la carte menus are impressive. The possibility of pairing with wines is almost infinite and of excellent quality. The good staff and the two extremely helpful and friendly owners. The desserts are also excellent and the last gem is that the coffee is prepared in the moka. Apparently a village tavern but with a cellar and very high level cuisine. Excellent meat dishes.

We revisited Il Quinto Quarto after first dining here in 2010. Absolutely fantastic food! Such a wonderful experience. The whole kitchen and restaurant team are exceptionally friendly and caring.

I don't know if the reviews I read are true, I don't know where some people are only used to YOU ​​CAN EAT. Quinto quarto is a classic trattoria with shop. They have a good choice of dishes, the service is familiar even if they don't know you and the price is excellent. Another plus is the fresh, good and genuine bread. We took two appetizers, a first course, a second course, water, a beer and two coffees with old mocha and we spent 71 euros... I forgot the sambuca;

Questo ristorante è specializzato in piatti di carne. La qualità è buona, sopra alla media. . Il servizio è a volte un po’ lacunoso, malgrado la simpatia del titolare. La location è quella di una trattoria, quindi niente di particolare. Sopratutto per questo motivo trovo i prezzi un po’ troppo alti. Mi sarei immaginato di spendere almeno un 20% in meno.

30/08/2024: The only refreshment point in the small town of Morterone, it deserves full marks from every point of view. Welcoming like the village trattorias of the past, it enjoys a beautiful location. We ate under a portico welcomed by 2 very kind ladies. We chose a platter of local cold cuts and cheeses, very good and abundant products. And finally 2 plates of buckwheat tagliolini with porcini mushrooms and bresaola. These are also excellent and plentiful! Water, a quarter of red wine and finally coffee! Very honest account, €46.70. Taking into account that to get to Morterone you have to travel around 17 km of hairpin bends on a road that is not exactly easy, I would have imagined a bill adequate for the difficulty of supply but this was not the case. Well done! We will definitely return because the place deserves it!
30/08/2024: I'm back on my motorbike after years in this little village. The road is a bit challenging but panoramic. Friendly and welcoming service, excellent cured meats, buckwheat tagliolini with delicious bresaola and porcini mushrooms, generous rations. trattoria that enjoys a location, tranquility and coolness, ideal for a perfectly relaxing lunch...
