Everything was beautiful, the food was delicious. I recommend the cheese cappelletti, they're EXCEPTIONAL. The service is good, and the atmosphere is beautiful: the bathroom is super clean and smells great, too. There's a large bathroom and a small one, the restaurant is beautiful, especially the outdoor garden.

Simple atmosphere, just like eating at grandma's house. Excellent food. Congratulations.

I, Alessandro, am writing also on behalf of Davide, who is a disaster with the phone – so the review is worth double! 😄 We discovered Trattoria Il Merlo almost by chance, but we will return on purpose: the food is divine and the price is right! A place like this is an absolute rarity: authentic, home-made, substantial but very digestible Romagna cuisine, with meat-based dishes (even game!) prepared with passion and skill. The menu is rich, varied, full of dishes that make your mouth water just reading about them. Each course is a little journey into traditional flavors. Very high quality at prices of a true old-fashioned trattoria. In short: here you feel good, you eat better, and you spend the right amount. Everything is lovely and good, fresh pasta, delicious ragù, everything zero km in my opinion, second courses a bit paltry in quantity. The only real problem, mosquitoes... Equip yourself with some portable repellent.
