We were so happy to choose Il Mare in Cantina for our baby's baptism. Excellent food. Courtesy, attentiveness, and helpfulness from the entire Di Lallo family. The venue is quaint, beautiful, and well-maintained. I highly recommend it.

A spacious and welcoming old cellar where you can enjoy excellent fish, simple recipes, and a very good quality/price ratio.

On our return trip from Puglia, we decided to stop in Molise for lunch, and while researching, we were intrigued by this trattoria with a unique name: "Il mare in cantina" (The Sea in the Cellar). There were four of us, and as soon as we arrived, we were immediately struck by the welcoming atmosphere. The hospitality was wonderful, and Leo, who looked after us, was extremely kind and always available. The dishes? Truly a surprise: from appetizer to dessert, everything was simply amazing. A stop that left us smiling and one I would recommend without hesitation to anyone passing through these parts.

A wonderful evening with good food. Generous portions, quality ingredients, and fantastic hospitality. I recommend the full tasting menu. I'll definitely return, and I'd definitely recommend it... absolutely!

The food was delicious. The atmosphere was welcoming and clean. The service was very attentive, although we had to wait a bit for the first course (Saturday evening). We had a fantastic evening. The prices were very fair and not excessive, slightly below average. Perhaps a little too much oil in the dishes and a few small imperfections, but I'd still give it 5 stars. Recommended

Having read some positive reviews, I came for lunch yesterday, ordering a scialatiello allo scoglio (seafood scialatello) and a tuna fillet, along with wine and water. The service was prompt and the prices were reasonable. I must say I was disappointed with the first course: the mussels were small and flavorless, there was only one invisible langoustine, and the pasta was absolutely overcooked!

Terrible value for money, small portions. The tiramisu is almost devoid of mascarpone cream. Avoid the house white wine. We paid for a salad, which we sent back because it was served with too much vinegar.

Characterful venue, service provided by young, professional and very attentive staff. We had the set menu, which fully met our expectations. Thank you so much, see you next time.
