Recommended by a friend from Pitigliano, we had lunch at the Il grillo restaurant.
Make a reservation because there was only one table left for 2...
Grillo appetizer, abundant cured meats of various kinds, cheeses, pickles and croutons... Hunger is a memory... And then don't you want to have a pork fillet with pistachios and plums?? I-I-I-KNOW... All washed down with a local red.... Everything perfect, ate well, nice place, small but quite quiet...
Thanks to all the staff and my friend Maurizio for the advice that went well.

A very popular dinner with excellent gourmet dishes and for a refined palate with well-associated and delicate flavours. The rabbit roll and the Cinta Senese meat with pistachios and peach and mint cream are excellent. Superlative desserts, especially the chocolate cake and the fruit salad millefeuille. Highly recommended

We came across it almost by chance and had a really good time: welcoming place, extremely attentive and kind staff, really good food, like what we used to eat... It will definitely be one of our favorite places: well done!

Excellent trattoria located in the historic center of the village of Pitigliano, offering typical dishes of the Maremma tradition.
The quality of the raw materials used in the dishes is absolutely perceptible.
Quiet and convivial environment.

Typical Tuscan restaurant, we ate wild boar both as a first course (tagliatelle) and as a second course (sweet and sour), good! The managers are kind and approachable. The only flaw was that it was too hot in the room. Probable air conditioning failure.

Location suggestiva in centro storico, tavolini in strada con bel panorama. Ottima cena, un antipasto del grillo con salumi, formaggi, crostini, molto abbondante abbiamo mangiato in 2 (ci è venuto il dubbio che avesse per errore portato 2 porzioni). Una tagliatella al cinghiale bianco, buona e abbondante. Un gnocchi al ragù bianco, buoni e abbondanti. Cantucci con vin santo. 1/2 vino, acqua. 55 € ottima qualità/prezzo, consigliamo
