I had the pleasure of trying this Roman trattoria in Ciampino, and I must say it was simply fantastic. From the start, you could feel the authentic atmosphere, filled with authentic flavors and a sincere welcome. We started with the house antipasto, rich and well-stocked, perfect for immediately delving into Roman tradition. The carbonara was a true revelation: perfectly creamy, with quality ingredients and that bold flavor that only authentic trattorias can deliver. The meatballs were soft and flavorful, just like homemade, while the coratella won over even those who don't usually choose it, thanks to its perfect cooking and intense yet balanced flavor. The portions are generous, as is tradition, and the staff are distinguished by their kindness and helpfulness, helping make the meal even more enjoyable. All at a truly excellent price, especially considering the quality of the dishes. An authentic trattoria, the kind that makes you love Roman cuisine even more. Highly recommended!

We've renamed I Belloni "i Padelloni" (the Padelloni) due to the size of their first courses. The atmosphere is welcoming and the service impeccable. The prices are more than reasonable given the quantity and quality of the dishes.

Sometimes you just want to give yourself a small treat. The bonus from the website (the one in the photo) came right on time. I went to a restaurant, ordered pasta — and was really happy with it. Simple but very home-style flavor.

Gorgeous and incredibly welcoming place, the food is all delicious, from the house appetizers to the incredibly generous first courses, to the typical Roman dishes that are among the best I've ever tried. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, especially the owner, who goes out of his way to accommodate his customers' needs and always puts a smile on your face!
