Well, what can I say? Spectacular! From the service, which makes you feel at home, to the organization, no waiting even though the place is full. I work in the industry and I've noticed great organization, lots of smiles, and conversation among colleagues and for us customers! CONGRATULATIONS! THE KITCHEN IS OPEN (which not everyone does), and I have to compliment the chef on the dishes he brings out—FABULOUS! Then they offer samples of their EXQUISITE dishes. I ordered truffle frittata and pasta with oxtail sauce… DELICIOUS! Thank you for this Roman culinary experience. It was a 30-minute walk from my hotel, but it was worth it!!! I'll definitely be back! A Roman trattoria in Ciampino. Food neither good nor bad... The cured meats were average, the tripe with dried mint was not. The giblets and beans with pork rind were good, but the lentils were too watery. The carbonara was better than the matriciana, the pasta was well-cooked. The bottled wine was insanely priced for the quality and the markup. The service was courteous, friendly, and always smiling. It's fine for an evening with friends.

Roman cuisine, not too heavy, not bad; quick service, although a bit imprecise at times (but the place was full, understandably). Overall, although it wasn't a memorable experience, we didn't have a bad time.

I haven't experienced such hospitality and attention to guests in a long time, everything is incredibly delicious and cozy, I want to return to this wonderful place.

Excellent restaurant, we will be back.
