The owner, like all the staff, is a very kind person. For 2 nights, during the Alpine gathering in May, he managed to find us a place for three, despite the full house. Friendliness, kindness, excellent food and excellent price. When I return to Biella I already know where I will go. Thanks

the owner and the staff took us to his restaurant in a very welcoming room, exquisite food from the appetizers to the typical Biella polenta concia, then moving on to the dessert and the coffee, all typical Piedmontese products well prepared and appreciated by all the guests, reasonable prices for being in the center of Biella

Abbiamo pranzato domenica in questa trattoria, come una volta. Tavoli con tovaglia e arredamento anni 80. Il menu prevede antipasti misti della tradizione piemontese e un primo ed un secondo a scelta. Gli antipasti piemontesi sono buoni ed anche la panissa ed il brasato. Vino sfuso, come nelle trattorie tradizionali ed un conto molto basso rispetto a quanto mangiato

Everything is fantastic.
The waiter, very old, is a bit brusque in the manner of a great starred chef, but the food is good and genuine.
The wine is persistent on the palate.
The desserts drive the taste buds of the tongue crazy.
Very clean bathrooms.
Very low final price.
You always have to book well in advance.

The place is fantastic we ate well and also abundantly and also very good, the starters are exquisite.
Even for the price it's right, in fact we were amazed by the low price and the quantity of food and the goodness, fantastic.😊😊

La dominica offre un menù fisso pieno di bontà per 30€, approfittatene se potete ma prenotate per non rischiare. Complimenti alla tradizione di famiglia (quarantennale!)
