We came today after a nice walk in Pau to the fairytale forest.. half an hour's drive away, you get here to Ruinas.. it's worth it, the food is good, the staff is very kind, I definitely recommend it, stop for lunch at their place, you won't regret it

I visited many restaurants and farmhouses but the goodness of the food I found at Walter's in Ghentiana was truly top notch!! Excellent first courses and truly sublime meat (game) second courses!! We will definitely be back, thanks again

Walter, in his simplicity, is a genius. It's still difficult to find the true spirit of the restaurant. You can find it at Ghentiana. And in addition to the spirit you also find the substance. Succulent dishes cooked with simplicity and skill. From starters to dessert everything was very good. Excellent service, present but not intrusive. A special place from which you are sad to leave and to which you can't wait to return. Well done everyone.

incredibly tasty and friendly, stress free and most helpful and welcome. I dropped by here very late on a Sunday and asked for traditional lunch... Another table was set up in no time (in the inn, as the restaurant was completely full - it's advisable to make a reservation, or you'll have to make time... ) and I was showered with warmth... the ravioli with porcini mushrooms were already on it Table (delight according to grandma's recipe)... world class, but what came next was a hit. Oven-braised roast beef with gravy... go there and feel the hospitality and taste the classic cuisine of Sardinia.

Truly everything is super delicious, it's not cooking but True Art. There is no point in continuing to explain, all you have to do is go to the restaurant and taste all the delicacies. Please note, it is not the first time we eat there and every time it is a celebration.
