Ci siamo trovati a Bolzano per visitare il Mercatino di Natale e, nelle vicinanze, ci siamo imbattuti casualmente in questo piccolo ristorante. Ci siamo incuriositi (per il menù esposto all’esterno e per l’aspetto). Siamo stati fortunati. I piatti che abbiamo scelto si sono rivelati molto semplici, naturali, buoni, interessanti e gustosi. Il servizio, malgrado la grande affluenza, é stato rapito ed efficiente. I prezzi contenuti. Il locale ordinato e pulito. Siamo stati fortunati nella scelta ma, nel caso, ci ritorneremo sicuramente.

Kleine Trattoria mit sehr freundlichem Service und leckeren bodenständigen Gerichten. Die Portionen sind reichlich bemessen und sehr fair kalkuliert. Immer gut besucht, daher sollte man unbedingt reservieren.

Informal restaurant in the city center, excellent dishes and service. The only flaw is the excess of tables which makes paying the bill complicated but you can still return 👍

Since the name was Olio, I chose this place without hesitation. I was happy to eat Italian-style pasta after eating tasteless food from the Dolomites. Aglio Olio is really delicious even though it doesn't contain anything. It's a taste that relieves something haha. Ragu pasta is also a familiar taste! Good good. Even though I went after break time, the server friends responded kindly. Haha I stopped by Bolzano for a quick bite to eat, but the location was close to the square, the cathedral, and the Roarker Cafe, so I was able to see everything in a hurry.

Restaurant 500 m from the station, small but nice.
The waitress welcomes you with a smile and kindness. The food has small portions but is really good, both in terms of cooking and quality of ingredients.
I think it's better to book.
Cost. One beer, one second (cut)
and dessert €31, so I would say that the early is correct.

Pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food at this Tratoria. We ordered a Bolognese and an Amatriciana and it was a great surprise to find a taste of home. After trying pastas in various restaurants in northern Italy. Recommended and obligatory if you are in Bolzano!!!
