We stumbled upon Trattoria Fedora by chance, returning from Isola del Gran Sasso on the old highway to L'Aquila. It was a surprise: the food was excellent, and the young, very kind owner. Definitely worth a try, it tastes like eating at grandma's house.

What can I say about this traditional trattoria that combines everything you're looking for: simple and ingenious dishes from Teramano's delicious cuisine, a home-like atmosphere, and exceptional service. Trattoria a few steps from the center of Montorio, very homely atmosphere; simple but very tasty dishes, no frills but full of flavor. Excellent quality rosé wine, fast and attentive service, excellent prices!!!!

Arrived by chance, met by chance. Two vacancies arrived on Easter Sunday, the 25th. accepted as family, handmade dishes with superlative flavors and cooking. Never tasted lamb like this A pleasure for the palate. For those who want 5 star L this is not the environment. For those who want authenticity and real flavors... well, come here.

13/10/2025: Small but pleasant place. Excellent service. We tried a few appetizers, then large arrosticini, both regular and liver, beer, and tiramisu. Everything was excellent. The only downside is the difficulty with parking. It takes a bit of patience.

03/09/2025: September 2025.... a few days away from the usual routine, and where are we going?! Roseto, a quiet and peaceful place. And where to go to eat? Here I am sure: Lido Lauretta. Excellent food, courtesy, availability, and kindness are the backdrop to this place. Everything is expertly managed by Roberta, a fantastic host; in my life I have known many Schettinos but few Christopher Columbuses 😏. Thank you, Lido Lauretta, we leave with so much joy in our heads but melancholy in our hearts for these few days together. See you soon.
