We stumbled upon Trattoria Fedora by chance, returning from Isola del Gran Sasso on the old highway to L'Aquila. It was a surprise: the food was excellent, and the young, very kind owner. Definitely worth a try, it tastes like eating at grandma's house.

What can I say about this traditional trattoria that combines everything you're looking for: simple and ingenious dishes from Teramano's delicious cuisine, a home-like atmosphere, and exceptional service. 25/02/2026: We had lunch at this rustic, trattoria-style restaurant, with basic, fairly clean furnishings (except for the bathrooms, which I'd describe as almost dilapidated). The hostess was very friendly, and the service was prompt. We ordered the house appetizer, which included hot and cold dishes, two first courses, a house dessert, and coffee. Overall, everything was quite good, and the value for money was in line with the type of establishment.
25/02/2026: The first time I went with the dance school there were too many people, maybe there were 500 of us.

26/02/2026: Well-equipped and well-managed summer resort, closed in the winter. Good value, and friendly, welcoming staff. Avoid weekends if you can.
