Trattoria du Lantirnieri è una trattoria tipica della splendida parta di Sicilia in cui si trova. Locale tradizionale e curato nell’arredamento. Personale gentile e capace , servizio veloce ma non sbrigativo. Piatti di pesce fresco ben realizzati. Consiglio il cous cous di pesce e le busiate ai frutti di mare. Sapori tipici della Sicilia da Lantirnieri.

I brought a group of friends, we were a Ciao Piaggio gathering, superlative food, I recommend the octopus caponata, the couscous and the classic caponata. The house wine needs improvement. The owners are super friendly. Highly recommended.

Nice restaurants, a little hidden, we discovered them by chance on the last evening of our holiday in San Vito Lo Capo, otherwise we would have eaten at them more often. Good food, nice staff

As always, I arrived at the restaurant without great expectations and due to food allergies and therefore already ready to order the simplest and therefore least risky dish for me (a great sacrifice in the face of a tempting menu) but the owner who served us was made completely available in seeking alternative solutions with extreme patience and attention. Thanks to teamwork I was able to enjoy excellent dishes with quality and at the same time elaborate raw materials: from the very fresh mullet on a bed of peas to the busiate with swordfish and aubergines up to the delicious dessert "supra e sutta" (we even went back to eat it😁 ). I "highly recommend" it! Thanks again

Although we were surprisingly alone for lunch in this restaurant but it was good experience. Tasty food (salad, antipasti, dolce, amaro in the end…) and nice attentive service. Can only recommend to visit!

Una piccola trattoria che già all'ingresso trasmette la passione per il territorio, profumi e sapori inconfondibili che si ritrovano nei piatti proposti. Simone ci ha accompagnato per tutta la cena con grande professionalità ci ha consigliato e raccontato. Inutile dire che i piatti sono strepitosi e la materia utilizzata di grande qualità. 29/12/2024: 4.5/5 Update December, 2024. The pasta is really delicious Thus time tried alla Norma and we weren't disappointed! Very tasty pasta alla trapanesa. Aperol was also good.
27/12/2024: The restaurants so far in Rome, Florence, Palermo were hit or miss- some good some bad but this place is a gem! My wife, who is New York Sicilian and grew up eating her Sicilian (from trapani) grandpas homemade calamari, eggplant, and clams, etc said this was her favorite restaurant so far in all of Italy! The fish was so unbelievably fresh and the pasta was cooked to perfection. Al dente yes but not too Al dente. Service was truly great, my wife asked for Parmesano on her dish and the owner kindly smiled and said -“no not good on this dish.” Funny how in America a waiter would never say something like this but he was right, she loved the dish and it didn’t need Parmesan. Overall highly recommend.

01/11/2024: Excellent food!!! We were there three times and tried a lot of things, everything was delicious!!! Highest quality and beautifully presented! Very friendly hostess who always keeps an overview! Pure enjoyment!!!
22/10/2024: Food is really good. What I like is that they do not serve only the classical dishes which every restaurant in San Vito serves. I also like that they serve complete dishes including sides like smashed potatoes or crispy cooked vegetables.
