Everything was excellent, the staff were knowledgeable and helpful, the atmosphere was clean, and the dishes were top-quality. I ordered a tasting menu with various appetizers, two first courses, a second course, and a trio of desserts, for €35 excluding drinks.

Peccato essere capitati in una delle tante domeniche in cui il rinomato Ricetto di Candelo viene visitato da migliaia di turisti che poi affamati si riversano in ristoranti come questo ... Il brutto e' che si rischia di essere serviti come ad una mensa, ma poi il cibo per fortuna aggiusta quasi tutto. Quello che non ha colpito e' il conseguente fisiologico " ditemi... facciamo in fretta " del personale (capibile visto la mole di lavoro) comunque....Anche questo luogo (visitato di persona da almeno uno di noi) entra a far parte di quei posti che sono classificati dal nostro staff come: "provati e piaciuti"Se vi trovate a passare da queste parti in cerca di un buon posto, ci sentiamo di consigliartelo tranquillamente.

17/11/2025: We visited this restaurant for a special occasion. After a warm and friendly welcome, we ordered from the menu. The wait staff was very knowledgeable and attentive, the wine list extensive, and the dishes were meticulously prepared. The cuisine certainly exudes good taste, and the high quality of the expertly prepared ingredients is evident. Congratulations. We will definitely be back.
10/11/2025: It was our first time here, and we'll definitely be back if we ever pass through Biella again. Everything was delicious, from the appetizer to the first course, fantastic risotto, and a delicious second course. The menu was well-researched and the pairings were unusual. The wine list is also extensive, perfect for connoisseurs!
