We were passing through and stopped for dinner, 7 of us (4 adults and 3 children). Well, there's not much to say... The food was excellent and the portions were generous (just right for me and him, as the chef said 😂😂😂) and then the rare beef steak... Let's forget it, I'm already hungry again 😅 If we pass by again, we'll definitely see each other again 🥩
P.S.: I've read some reviews that mention the owner charging children aged 2, 3, 4, etc. a cover charge. I have two children aged 2 and 4, and when I go somewhere, I know I have to pay a cover charge for them... They're people too... For example, mine want to eat alone and inevitably they drop some pasta on the floor, or a couple of chips, or a bit of salad, or crumbs, and so on... Someone has to pick up that stuff on the floor... So it seems fair to me that I pay a cover charge for them too... In the end, it's about €2/€2.50 per cover charge... If you're not willing to pay that for your kids, it's better to stay home...

🍷🇬🇧 Ristorante Da Loro is a magnificent place. The pasta dishes are exceptional: high-quality, well-seasoned, and above all, very generous.
One of the best dishes I've tasted is the Ox, a true delight: beef wrapped in pancetta, flavorful and cooked to perfection, truly satisfying.
The staff is always friendly and helpful. I've been going to this restaurant for years, and each time it confirms its quality. Highly recommended! 😉👌

The owner welcomes us, he seems friendly, and we simply ask if they do the daily menu (for workers). There are two of us, so... two first courses, two second courses with side dishes, water and coffee, €16 each! Fresh, well-cooked food, really plentiful! The place is warm, simple, and welcoming. If I happen to be here again at lunchtime, I'll definitely stop by.

We've been twice. I wasn't familiar with this restaurant, but I think it's become one of my favorite places. Excellent first courses (I tried the tortellini and curzul), and the Zingara stick is fantastic, both in terms of the idea and the quality of the meat, which melts in your mouth. The dessert, "Her, Her, and Mamma," is superb. It's one of those places where time seems to have stood still, and where Andrea, the owner, is someone who expresses the soul of his cuisine and his restaurant. We'll definitely be back to try other specialties, whose names alone intrigue me, like Calvario... I highly recommend it for an extraordinary lunch or dinner.

Exceptional! The appetizer of crostini and cured meats is a blend of well-matched flavors and quality cured meats! The beef skewer with pancetta is truly exquisite, the meat tender as butter and flavorful. The "cazzata siciliana" is a must-try. Bravo, Andrea!
