The vongole was a bit salty, but other than that it was the best! I came here for the last dinner of my 3 week trip to Italy and it was so good. Maybe it's because it's Valentine's Day, but there was a line before it opened at 7:30 and there was quite a bit of waiting afterwards. I enjoyed the braised oxtail (no tomato sauce, no cheese), and the beef intestines dish was made with tomato sauce and cheese, and the oxtail came out white and washed. The house wine is also delicious!! I'm really satisfied

A local restaurant we went to as recommended by our tour guide. It felt like a traditional Roman restaurant. I went around 7:30 pm after the tour ended. As soon as the dinner business opened, a group of over 10 locals (it seemed like it was a company dinner) It was a fun dinner while intuiting the high tension unique to the noisy Romano. Honestly, the food has a strong local feel, so you may have likes or dislikes. (My father, who puts 3 spoons of red pepper paste in a bowl of rice, said the local carbonara was too salty...) Local food in Rome is said to have a strong salty taste because it is seasoned only with salt and pepper. This is the part where you can feel that it is a local food. Cacho e pepe. Steamed oxtail. Stir-fried beef and mushrooms. Vongole. Everything was delicious Oh, the dessert tiramisu is also very delicious. The young male employee's response was a bit strange, but rather than feeling like racism, it just felt like he was a clueless idiot.

Cibo ottimo, servizio obbediente, locale bello ma forse un po' troppo piccolo,cibo in grandi quantità, e una cabonara spettacolare

First of all, I'm Korean... It was the most delicious pasta/house wine (red) I had during my trip to Italy. The price was quite cheap and the owner was friendly. ah! The food may seem salty to some people, but it was really, really delicious.

Alessandro took great care of us, as if we were family. The freshly made hot food, homemade pasta, generous portions and very delicious. Recommended with closed eyes!
