I discovered this fantastic trattoria about three years ago, and today I finally returned with some friends, and it did not disappoint. Very attentive service and delicious food. We had a trio of first courses: pumpkin tortelli, campusei, and maccheroncini with stew sauce. For the second course, sirloin in olive oil with baked potatoes and caponata, delicious and a must-try. Finally, for dessert, a delicious sbrisolona cake, served in a very original way in little jars, soaked in coffee and topped with vanilla ice cream. By the end, we were truly full and happy. The portions were more than adequate, and the price was fair: we spent about €34 each (including four glasses of wine, two coffees, and six bottles of water). The owner, Renè, is incredibly friendly and always ready to offer excellent recommendations on wine and dishes. Highly recommended!

Fabulous place, recommended by Alessandro of DeLax B&B, two minutes away. The dishes are made with fresh, local ingredients, flavorful yet delicate, a true balance of flavors. The meat is top-notch. The owner and chef, René, is incredibly kind and friendly. The overall experience was truly pleasant and welcoming; we'll be back.

Outdoor service, excellent appetizer of cold cuts with a culatello that filled the table with its aroma even if we were outdoors. Excellent tortelli amari, homemade pasta and typical aromatic filling. Excellent lamb chops, nice and large and meaty

Hands down one of the best meals I've had in several years of travelling around Italy. Everything was simply perfection. Deserves at least a Michelin recommendation, if not a star. Bravo, Rene!

Great food! Went here for our authentic Solferino food. Owner/chef was great. I don’t know any Italian but we made it through. Recommend anyone visiting Solferino to have dinner here.

Cena romantica in ambiente tranquillo. Il cibo squisito di prodotti di nicchia. Il gestore una persona che interagisce in modo simpatico ed educato dando consigli culinari che ho apprezzato. Il servizio impeccabile. Consiglio vivamente di trascorrere una serata se vi trovate a passare e di gustare anche i dolci che sono veramente buoni.

Very beautiful, romantic place! The niche food, the genuine flavors. The manager is really nice and helpful. Impeccable service. The desserts are homemade and you have to make an effort not to eat another one. Highly recommended
