It was a culinary revelation. The tagliatelle were excellent, with the addition of the peas brought on the side—well, we're getting to the stratospheric. The meat was also excellent and cooked to perfection. Highly recommended.

I've passed this trattoria dozens of times and yesterday I decided to try it. We hadn't made a reservation, but the very kind owner found us a table for two anyway. We ordered the famous tagliatelle with ragù (a type of meat sauce) with peas on the side, strozzapreti with ragù (a type of pasta) and a grilled meat for two with gratinated tomatoes. Everything was served very quickly, with no wait. The tagliatelle deserve their fame: thin pasta and a very delicate ragù, I really enjoyed it. The meat is also excellent quality. The staff is very attentive; what I understand is that reservations are necessary; yesterday, Wednesday evening, the place was packed and people were queuing. The kitchen is open, a guarantee of quality and safety. I must say, BRILLIANT. Fair prices.

What can I say...the best tagliatelle I've ever had in our area.
I'm from Ravenna, but whenever I can, I always enjoy a trip to Rimini and Delinda's.
This evening I took a trip to Riccione and on the way back I stopped at Delinda's.
As usual, tagliatelle al mandorello, thin and al dente, cooked to perfection with a delicious ragù and peas on the side.
I had a second pair of tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms, overflowing with them, fabulous!!!
Finally, the chicken with pan-fried potatoes, delicious!!!
I highly recommend it!!!!
I came back last night with friends, there were six of us, and we had a trio of tagliatelle, ragù with peas, with porcini mushrooms, and with truffle.
All three were divine. The best tagliatelle in Romagna!!!!

The cockerel cacciatore exceeded all expectations: truly excellent.

The tagliatelle and lamb chops were delicious. Prices weren't particularly high, but with cover charge, wine, and water, they were a bit steep.

The tagliatelle with ragù was excellent, with generous portions. One of the best tagliatelle I've ever eaten.
The chicken with potatoes was delicious. The prices were very fair considering the quality of the food and the prices at most restaurants.
The only downside was a few inaccuracies in the service, with a small plate of pan with sauce we didn't request being served at the table with the tagliatelle (we thought it was part of the dish we ordered) and added to the bill. Perhaps it would be better if the waiter took written orders instead of verbal ones to avoid mistakes.
Beautiful location, very quiet and welcoming. The open kitchen is a sign of transparency and professionalism. The owner is very friendly.
Recommended, especially for first courses.

È fuori dal paese, quindi ci si arriva in macchina. Ma vale la visita: tagliatelle davvero da Accademia! Le abbiamo assaggiate sia col sugo classico, che coi funghi che ai tartufi. Queste ultime forse le migliori. Prezzi corretti per ciò che si mangia, personale gentile
