Trattoria del Parroco In Genova

Amazing ravioli, good spaghetti with clams, ok desserts, good carafe wine. Very efficient service, don't waste time!😂😝(three of us entered at 8.45pm, at 9.20am I paid the bill...€23 per person).

Oggi a Genova nello storico ristorante di quartiere Il Parroco in via Righetti (Albaro). Locale vintage, conduzione familiare, solo 9 tavoli. A mezzogiorno in punto eravamo in 6, uno per tavolo e tutti molto anziani. Ho preso i ravioli al ragù, lo stinco di maiale con purè (autentico), affogato al caffè, acqua e un quarto di vino, speso 28€. Sicuramente gli altri 5 avventori, che erano abituali, pur avendo mangiato più o meno quello che ho preso io (la scelta era tra 5 primi e 5/6 secondi) avranno speso meno di me, però non mi lamento, vera cucina casalinga (qualcuno potrebbe fare dell’ironia e dire vera cucina casa di riposo, l’ho pensato anch’io 😁). Quello però che non ha prezzo è aver ritrovato l’atmosfera anni 50/60 quando abitavo lì vicino.

I went there for the first time and ate well..nice place..in short, I thought about going back for my parents' sixtieth birthday..typical cuisine..good..easy access for disabled people..but the answer was that they don't make reservations for ten people..I asked if they could come to meet me for my parents who are almost 90 years old..they can't walk and it was easy to get there and also it could be the last time we manage to do something to celebrate them..but nothing..they have refused categorically. I felt like crying... what a disappointment... I won't say anything else.

Local in the central Albaro district not far from the swimming pools. Homely environment without too many frills and a peaceful climate. The home cooking is excellent as is the fast, friendly and timely service.
