What a wonderful experience!!! We ate the Bistecca Fiorentina and Rigatoni, and it was simply perfect, with incredible flavor! And everything was made even more magnificent by Signore Michele's extremely friendly and attentive service. We felt very special. We will definitely be back!

Fantastic service and delicious food! We ordered the buffalo mozzarella salad as a starter, the wonderful rigatoni as a main course, and the classic tiramisu for dessert.

We went there because of the influencer hype (my daughter had to go). First off, there is the line. You enter the line and there is an employee that will redirect you to 1 of 3 different store fronts. The restaurant we entered was small. You walk toward the rear, past the beverage cooler, before turning around to place your order on the way out. Be sure to scan the QR code for the menu before entering. The menu has a lot of options. The staff were very nice and worked fast. Kudos to them for how hard they work to serve the large number of patrons. Unfortunately, my wife and I were not impressed by the food. My daughter loved it. None of us could finish the sandwiches as they were large. It was worth trying but I doubt we would return for the food. Once again, great staff.

Amazing meat. The place is a bit chaotic, but that's okay. We ate very well. The meat melted in our mouths.

Great Bistecca alla Fiorentina! House Chianti is great for the $$$ and the atmosphere is very interesting. Our waiter talked us into more meat than we could hope to eat in one sitting - 2 kilos (4+ pounds) for the four of us. That might be fine for really hearty appetites - especially if you order appetizers and/or sides. The steak and sides were excellent though - and we had enough leftover for steak and eggs in the morning and cold meat snacks the next night. We’re still gnawing on the bones - but loving it. It’s the thing to get in Florence. (You know it’s very rare right? Forget about anything more than medium-rare!) You WILL need to make reservations as the place is very popular.
