The classic beautiful Romagna trattoria. Kind and attentive owner. Then making a gastronomic stop, we chose to eat only two first courses, reserving the right to enjoy the second courses on another occasion. Among the various first courses offered, we chose green tortelli with Fossa cheese, decidedly tasty and tasty, and the ravioli with black truffle, also worthy. Nice environment as well as the town of Talamello. Worth a visit.
