From Salvatore - PRESICCE - APULIA Twenty-eight August of the 24th There were 6 of us who went to 5 and returned to 6... fantastic location, spartan mise en place, usual courtesy and kindness. Those who appreciate it come back... after a year nothing has changed, only the coinciding celebrations for a noisy & hilarious birthday. Exceptional Salento appetizers, enveloping first courses and superior grilled fish. Even if it is on the palate that nature wants its vent, always remember that half of the experience does not consist of what is on the table, but of those who are around the table. A fundamental note... you can recognize a good rum by the cap, if it is a screw cap... E V I T A L O. S O N S I G L I A T I S I M O ! ! !

The trattoria is located in the middle of Presicce in a small forest. Very important, there is always enough parking space. This is usually not the case in high season. The food is great, the antipasti is really very good and the other dishes are very, very good. The service is extremely friendly and always has a smile, even when it's completely full. Only recommended, you have to go there. But don't forget to make a reservation as it is very busy.

Restaurant only review: Everything we tried was very good and well presented, on a very large and pleasant outdoor terrace. Correct quality-price ratio. Correct and professional service but not excessively friendly.

Wonderful experience..from the place.rooms.garden in complete relaxation to the kindness and helpfulness of the owners Desdemona and Salvatore..quality dinners..top holiday. I hope to return..highly recommended

Seconda volta in questo splendido posto. Come già detto a giugno è un B&B con trattoria ma è soprattutto ACCOGLIENZA. I proprietari Salvatore e Desdemona insieme alla loro famiglia e collaboratori Vi trattano nel migliore dei modi e quando si riparte è come lasciare la propria famiglia. In un periodo dove la cortesia e gentilezza sembrano scontate, la loro è genuina. Non vediamo l'ora di tornare il prossimo anno. Tutto Top. Da Provare

Locale carino inserito in una terrazza nel retro di una villa bellissima Personale molto gentile e affabile Cucina casalinga semplice e forse poco curata Però con i prezzi corretti per quello che si mangia il piatto migliore che abbiamo mangiato la grigliata di carne Carta dei vini giusta e con prezzi sicuramente buoni Consigliato se volete una cucina semplice a prezzi modesti

03/10/2024: I entered a small restaurant on Corso Roma out of curiosity, I must say that the owner was very kind in letting me try all types of oils and also giving me the relevant information, the food was excellent and plentiful, a good base wine and to conclude a bitter average price for the place. I recommend stopping by if you are in the area...

24/08/2024: Se cerchi un pasto abbondante, buono e senza fronzoli, lo puoi trovare a Corte Celestini. Il ristorante è una struttura accogliente e un po’ rustica nel paesino di Carmiano, vicino Lecce. Abbiamo scelto un antipasto misto composto da tanti piccoli piattini di mare e terra (nel nostro caso la giornata proponeva tra le altre cicoriette saltate, baccalà fritto, focaccia di patate, caponata, insalata di mare, folpetti fritti), tutto sinceramente buono. Abbiamo preso anche due piatt(oni) di pasta - anche questa davvero ottima, casereccia. Conto onesto: antipasto per due, due primi, acqua, bottiglia di vino e due caffè, 70 euro. Nota di merito al servizio: il gestore e il cameriere che ci hanno servito ci hanno trasmesso tutto l’amore che hanno per il luogo in cui lavorano. A presto!
22/08/2024: A restaurant that a friend introduced me to, and when I pass through the area I always stop for at least one dinner. Extremely helpful and truly polite waiters, never had any problems with the service. Wide choice of dishes, with often new proposals: the cacio e pepe with tuna tartare is definitely worth trying and delicious. If you don't know what to choose from the menu, trust Walter who will certainly be able to guide you best. Absolutely highly recommended restaurant for both seafood and land dishes, the ambience and atmosphere are also very much to be appreciated.
