Oasis in the middle of the Imola countryside..
Between a 19th century house and a park inhabited by chickens, roosters and other animals.. excellent food with default appetizers brought by them that would already fill you up.. but you can't give up homemade first courses of excellent quality and second courses of meat equally good.. dessert trolley to get lost with some extra treats in addition to seasonal fruit brought to the table.. quality cellar..

Warning: this place is not suitable for most people.
You eat really well, you eat a lot, you accept the experience offered, you spend a little more than usual as a result.
The hygiene is not like in an operating room. The host may seem heavy to some.
If you want a cold experience, where you know how much you will spend per gram, without dips, go elsewhere.

The secret of this trattoria is the care of the ingredients and the genuine flavors. If we really have to eat meat then let's do it where the meat has the flavor of the past and the eyes of the restaurateur the light of that time.

Trattoria dal clima conviviale, dove la fa' da padrone la buona cucina di campagna....quella dai sapori genuini...
E per ultimo, una carrellata di dolci deliziosi.... talmente buoni che si deve tornare per poterli assaggiare tutti...!!!
Il servizio è attento.... amichevole...
Ed un grazie al sig. Roberto che è un oste come pochi, bravo, di mestiere, ma soprattutto, un ottimo deejay...!!!

L’accoglienza da Roberto è sempre piacevolissima
Gavetta di salsiccia, mortadella, piadina, pinzimonio con le deliziose salsine una vera goduria.
Bis di primi da leccarsi i baffi.
Polpette con i piselli veramente eccezionali, stupenda la tagliata.
