I've been there twice in the last three months, the second time last week, and there were four of us. The food was just as good as the first, in fact, even better! But there's a catch: it's quite expensive, but I think it's fair because everything is top-notch. But €2 for an extra dish because we wanted to share a dish, no way! You can't write something like that on the receipt... Anyway, I repeat, the food is truly delicious!

A trattoria worth trying for the quality of its food and the owners' passion. The cod is excellent in all its preparations. Good wine list. Reasonable prices, not excessive. It's located on the famous Roman grill between Pianiga and Mirano. A tip: for off-menu items, which are often numerous and difficult to pinpoint, write them down on a piece of paper and make a few photocopies to include in the official menu.

03/11/2025: I wasn’t sure what to make of this place. In the plus column, the staff were all very nice and accommodating and the atmosphere was good. The food (lots of very small plates for around €3+) was varied, some good, some not so good. The speed of service was also variable during the meal. Desserts were probably the best part of the meal. Looking at other comments, I’m not sure how authentic this place is but for me it was a good taste of Venetian style cuisine.
01/11/2025: The best seafood in all of Venice, I recommend it wholeheartedly!

06/02/2026: They must have changed management, the staff were rude and we had to go to the counter to take our orders because, strangely enough, they no longer do table service and there was only one person in the whole place.
03/02/2026: A renowned pastry shop overlooking Piazza Carpendo. Friendly staff, a spacious interior with sofas and ample seating at tables. There are also outdoor tables under the portico. Good-quality desserts, as well as savory snacks (sandwiches, toasted sandwiches, etc.).
