I'm from Veneto and when I'm sad I take a plane and go down to Naples to have dinner at Nennella. As soon as I arrive I get in line to book dinner and it's beautiful to then hear them shout your name in the square to let you in to eat the fabulous pasta and potatoes that only they know how to make and then party.

Great fun, and the food is pretty good. You enter in hour-long shifts, eat, and then there's the final show with singing and dancing!

And it's all fun... you eat quickly, as the service is divided into three shifts... we went for lunch and participated in the entertainment provided by the waiters who are now accustomed to making a mess... we ate very good pasta and provola, pan-fried broccoli... overall good and touristy but worth trying at least once in a lifetime for those who know them and want to participate in this type of lunch/attraction... perhaps it's unpleasant to see waiters who expect (perhaps out of habit or demand) a tip at the cash register after paying!

04/10/2025: This time, it wasn't just anyone who visited the aforementioned bar, but the famous critic Salvatore Gargiulo, aka Binotto the Pissy. The lucky people at the bar only recognized the critic later, annoyed by the lack of welcome and forcing him to open the door himself. Sitting at the table, he was greeted with a Heineken that, accompanied by that service, seemed to shout "I'm here just for you," with vintage-looking peanuts. The famous critic, between sips, raised the cultural level of the evening with a lesson in comparative aesthetics: the waitress, in his opinion, wasn't just any waitress, but the Neapolitan reincarnation of Megan Fox. A scientific analysis none of us had the courage to oppose. The climax? The tasting of the hot potato: a moment so intense it felt like a scene from an erotic drama, but with more spice. A place that offers not only snacks and beer, but also deep philosophical reflections and cinematic comparisons.
