Beautiful experience. We were immediately welcomed and even contacted before by email to notify the possibility of a small delay in preparing the table. Appreciated extremely friendly. Quality food we tasted a cutting board as an appetizer with the explanation of the individual components. You could see raw material from the area. We continued with a pasta with clams that was full of bottarga. We were also assisted in choosing the wine by a very competent and passionate guy. Attentive and non-invasive staff. Definitely honest price. I will definitely return, if I lived in Alghero I could become a loyal customer. Thank you!

Trattoria in the center of Alghero, with knowledgeable and very kind staff. We ate a strawberry and a soup and then continued with two mixed fried foods. Everything was excellent.

I don’t know what to say. Everything was awesome. The stuff, the food the place. I enjoyed this very much. I really recommend this restaurant. But if you want to eat there, you should definitely reserve a seat.

Very good food. Professional and very kind staff, even though we broke a plate. Fair prices for the quality of the products. I have to emphasize the staff, really too kind and helpful, a restaurant can't work well without it so be proud of it.

Locale non molto grande, servizio attento e puntuale. Cucina locale che lascia spazio alla creatività. Ottimo l’antipasto Misto Mare e sfizioso il pecorino arrosto. Come piatto “speciale” ci sono stati proposti tagliolini al nero di seppia con spada e bottarga, purtroppo risultati scotti ed insipidi (mio errore non aver rimandato indietro il piatto) Avendo fatto notare solo a posteriori la mancanza di qualità del piatto, devo sottolineare l’attenzione dimostrata dal personale per l’inconveniente e lo sconto del 10% riservatoci sul conto finale. Prezzi un po’ alti (mediamente ogni piatto del menù si attesta sui 20€)

ESPERIENZA DAVVERO UNICA… 24 dicembre 2024 in occasione del mio 50esimo compleanno … giorno particolare… ho deciso di offrire un pranzo … ma MAI E POI MAI… avrei immaginato un trattamento così IMPECCABILE.. volevo sbalordire i miei amici e ho fatto centro!!!! Tutti davvero entusiasti e soddisfatti… con un menù non ricco… DI PIUUUUU… interminabile…. e di alto livello sia di qualità che di presentazione… PAOLA mi ha accolto insieme a tutti gli amici con estrema gentilezza… facendoci sentire tutti come a casa… stra coccolati… nozioni preziose sui vini che sulle squisite pietanze… Dennis… ci ha seguito per tutto il tempo… con molta simpatia e allegria ma con grande professionalità… complimenti allo chef!!! e a tutta la squadra in cucina!!!! la torta splendido regalo… ANDATE .. vivamente vivrete momenti di pura goduria culinaria… grazie mille … davvero di cuore

19/05/2025: So much to say... What a wonderful discovery! My partner and I were visiting Castelsardo. He speaks fluent Italian and I speak French. We were treated to a presentation of the menu and the fresh fish in Italian AND French, and I really enjoyed it. Everything was excellent, and I mean it carefully. This is the first time in my life that I've been made to like the original carbonara (without crème fraîche), even though I usually don't like it at all. My partner had a starter made with five different fish, and it was exquisite. The tuna tataki and the beef tartare were delicious. And what better way to end the meal than with their tiramisu? Honestly, this restaurant gets a huge 10/10. The staff was adorable, smiling, and attentive. We loved it. Thank you so much! Margaux and Anthony
28/04/2025: The stars are not enough to review L'Incantu. We were surprised by the kindness and friendliness, even though the place was very chic. Spectacular views of the village of Castelsardo and Corsica. Delicious food, plentiful and with great attention to presentation. Price in line with the quality and location. The closest thing there is to a starred restaurant we have been to in the past. Unforgettable!
